I have used this website for all of my pet supplies for about 4 years now, great prices and delivery

I have used Hyperdrug for a while and the first 2 deliveries were brilliant but due to the shocking delivery times for the last several orders I won’t anymore. I will be going elsewhere. My dog has px meds and is in crippling pain without them and it’s not a risk I want to take.

I ordered some inhalers and two were inconsistent with the others they rattled. I emailed Hyperdrug but they did not want to know. The pharmacist called me but said he did not know what to do. I asked if they could be replaced I got told no! I won’t be using them again. Customer service nill!

The prices are pretty good, but do not use if your pet drug deliveries are ever time critical as they are a little unreliable on delivery times and we often have to get a back up supply for a few days from the local vet, which of course is much more expensive...sadly you cannot even trust the order status website updates as they are not accurate....

Ordered 2 dog coats totally £52. Returned as not suitable, called up company & supplied returns tracking as requested by company. Didn't hear anything so called again to be told it was my place to chase the return, by this time it was too late. Had they said this to begin with I could have chased it & got my £52 back, instead I am out of pocket & npt happy. Would not recommend this company.

I rang to cancel an order, the woman I spoke to just repetitively said the same thing. Shoved me on hold with no explanation, then I was met with a man who said the same thing again.

I’m not an idiot I understand English, cancelling an order shouldn’t be so hard.

Avoid them at all cost!!! Terrible service the worst possible attitude, I’d sooner go to a local tack shop than deal with this in the future!!!

My dogs coats ruined with dog wax thus shouldnt be on the market its made my dogs coat look taty worst shop ever dog abusees

I am Portuguese, and although I work in the UK, my home is in Portugal and that is where my son, dogs and cats live.
I needed a prescribed dog medication, that I could not find there and, with Hyperdrug help, I was able to upload the prescription from my Portuguese vet, being able to finally get it.
I am so, so thankful to them!
They will always be my first choice, from now on.

Took over 7 days for them to even dispatch the medication , brilliant work 👍

Complete waste of time!

Ordered my dogs prescription at 9am then received a call at 4.20pm stating they cannot send goods due to prescription stating it must be sent via post! now due to Xmas hours this would be impossible to send and get there buy tomorrow with a slim chance they would receive then get then sent to me by 24th! they have had the order for 7 hours!!!! Im fuming as these are tablets for seizures and all they said was the computer says No! Order cancelled. reorder again and was much better thus I increased the rating.

This was the first time I had ordered from Hyperdrug and although there was a minor issue when I placed the order (I thought I had uploaded my prescription with the order but they never received it, so it delayed the order a few days until it was resolved. I suggest you check the status of your order online after a day or two), I had misinterpreted the prescription my vet had given me and Steve the Pharmacist rang me and explained that I could in fact get 6 months medication instead of the 5 months I had purchased and he was so helpful and friendly, he even took my card details over the phone for payment for the extra month's supply and passed that onto the admin team who processed it for me. The items then arrived about 2 days later via Royal Mail tracked. I cannot fault their service and will definitely be using them again.

Very disappointing. I ordered 5 items and paid for shipping. They sent me message stating they could only send 1 item, I asked for refund of postage for the 4 items they couldn’t send, they won’t…. NEVER AGAIN!

Outstanding service. needed to turn round a pain relief prescription for my dog urgently and they got it out to me virtually by return of post after getting the prescription. Very impressed.

Absolutely a waste of time ordering from here.Refused to accept my prescription,despite it being written by a Private Opthalmic Surgeon.

If you wanted something quick forget about it.

3 weeks later im told my budgie food is not in stock. But the next bag of 20kg seed is 9.99 more you would think after the wait they would wave the extra money but no chance.

Ive had to go elsewhere for seed im fuming.

Ordered medicine for a fungal infection - a week later it's not even been processed or dispatched. Awful

First time I have used this form and I must say how happy I am good customer services and super fast delivery thank you highly recommended

I'm using Hyperdrug as a cost-effective source for medicine for a rather ill cat. Compared to the Vet's pharmacy it's the difference between being affordable, and not, A new prescription sometimes takes a couple of days to get actioned - once you get used to that then the service is spot on. Worth trying to consolidate orders to reduce the postage charges,

Truly brilliant customer service. I had made an error on my dogs chemo prescription and realised I didn’t have any left for a midweek dosage. I ordered the prescription drugs on their website on Tuesday and paid for express delivery. I then emailed Hyperdrug to ask if they could possibly turn the order around that day so I had it the next day for my dog. Kirsty emailed me back and said they had done everything they could and had dispatched via DPD. To be fair DPD didn’t let the side down and I received it at lunchtime the next day. I can’t thank them enough and if you need a company that go the extra mile with customer service just contact them if you have a dilemma and I’m sure they’ll be as brilliant as they were with me. Highly recommended!
