The entire process of applying for a Medicare Advantage plan is sort of confusing through no fault of the agents signing people up. I feel the blame lies on the federal government which has made things chaotic for people to figure out by eliminating many basic healthcare coverages recently.

Understanding in network providers and medications is an important thing to take note of in your healthcare journey. Significant diagnosis's such as Diabetes, or heart procedures are a high priority in the Aetna program and can bring enrollment to the forefront sooner than later.

We got through a lot of material really it took a long time way more than when I first signed up for Medicare Advantage it's almost ridiculous the time an hour on the phone to sign up for your Medicare Advantage plan but the agent was really cool and he understands stood that I didn't want to hang on the phone for an hour and a half I'd already been on the phone an hour the day before and that process didn't get finalized so I had to call back anyway my rep was really good he was patient and he was thorough and it's done that's the important thing thank you

Deanna Fdona (may be mispelled) but she was great. She made feel very comfortable in making my choice. She found exactly what I needed in minutes. Would highly recommend her.
