I had called last week and was put into a different Medicare plan. I wasn’t really happy with it so I decided to call back. I got Daniella on the phone. I expressed my concerns to her and she went to work and found me a plan that I am very happy with.

AETNA HMO-POS…
I had no choice but to pick the $79 plan because of my zip code. Not happy about this that AETNA could not offer a zero dollar monthly fee plan. The rep on the phone was great. She was very detailed and took her time with me. I have been with AETNA for 6 yrs and was very happy but now their prices have gone up!!! I am now stuck with this plan.

The representative Jeremy, that I spoke to first explained every question I had for him took time to go over every thing that I needed in Healthcare. Was very thorough, polite, and intelligent. Then I spoke to a representative with anthem by the name of Desmond and he was very helpful and answered all my questions to confirm my new insurance.
