Medialarm Omdömen 

The Medialarm was purchased for a close friend utilising the NDIA, having the medi alarm has eased my mind regarding any Falls that my friend is susceptible too. We have had a couple of false alarms where the medi alarm was moved in a jerking downward motion, I might add, my friend has chosen the wrist band attachment, seeing he has a pacemaker and the lanyard is not appropriate. I'd rather the sensitivity of the device than not.
If I have any concern is the recharging of the device daily, good thing is if you forget to recharge the Medi Alarm it sends a message saying the battery requires charging.

I inherited an alarm and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent knowledgeable service l received from Medialarm when l wanted to take over the unit for myself. The people I spoke with were extremely helpful and arranged quick deliveries for the accessories I needed.

Brilliant solution for helping my husband reliably take his multiple medications in the correct amount & at the right times each day. Very easy to set up. Unfortunately he has also developed rapidly progressing dementia, so the big green 'PRESS' button which is used to open the whole device, not the dispensing window, has caused some ongoing confusion. I keep it locked, but believe it would be more appropriate to have a prominent label on the dispensing window....& the locking 'key' is really short-stemmed & a bit awkward to use. Overall, well worth the $ investment

Received Medialarm quickly as it was urgent to get it working for my Mum. My niece has set it up and says it is working very well.
Accidentally paid for Medialarm twice but was rectified efficiently.

The product was sent by post promptly and Dad has found it easy to use. When we accidentally set the alarm off the support we received was very quick and very patient!

Very impressed with this device.
I found it easy to get it organised for use. The elderly gentleman wearing it finds any technology difficult so it will be interesting to see how effective it will be if and when he needs to contact us or has a fall. We have tested it and we were pleased with how it works.

Whilst communication prior to delivery was prompt as was delivery my request for an answer as to why certain features advertised on this device where not on there sent a week ago has yet to be replied to

Received it last week and got helpful advice on help line.

Also checked it by pressing the emergency button and got straight to call centre and explained it was just a test.

All good so far.

So far it appears to be an excellent device with very helpful Tech Support. Only slight criticism is that a couple of early teething problems could have been avoided if the instruction booklet made clear reference to the possible options for the device. e.g options for sequential sending of SMS alerts.

Recently purchased auto pill dispenser. It has been fantastic for my 95 year old mother. No more confusion. Easy to use and has removed the stress of whether she has taken the right meds at the right time.

Arrived quickly. Very easy to set up. Perfect for elderly mum with memory issues.

repeat purchaser of the N95 masks. Comfortable. Easy to wear.

Too big and bulky. Quite heavy. Not at all suitable for me.

Excellent except for the wrist band that broke in a few weeks of use.

Great product but shipping service could be better. Australia post not the fastest unfortunately. I paid for express shipping only for the product to be delivered a week later. Might as well not have paid extra for express and waited longer for normal shipping. Heaps of other couriers out there, kindly look for a better one that can actually do express shipping (e.g DHL)
