Quick easy and streamlined
Very easy service without the need to make a doctors appointment, then get the blood taken and return to the doctor for the results. I had my results the following morning.

Easy process but I did get tested for items which are only for females.
I found it a little difficult to find what I needed. But overall the process was easy.

Super quick and super easy testing
I used MediTests to get a test referral because I needed one urgently and didn’t have access to my GP. The entire process of ordering the test, getting a referral and having the sample collected by a nearby pathology and getting the results back was super quick. I had the results within 24 hours of ordering the tests.

Great experience

Struggling to contact them
I am struggling to contact them as my test hasn’t come back, it’s been 10 days, yet their website says 24-48 hour turnaround. There’s no phone number to call noting that I have also sent them 2 emails that have both gone unanswered.

As you know, your order included a highly specialised biomarker that gets referred to a specialist laboratory for processing. In this rare case, the specialist lab didn't run the sample, something we hadn't encountered before. Once you raised it with us, our Director called you directly and we worked through it together over the phone.
We've arranged a free recollection at a different specialist laboratory that has confirmed they'll perform the test, and we've updated our process so future samples of this type are directed there from the outset.
Our standard 24 to 48 hour turnaround applies to routine bloodwork, and specialist referrals can take longer, which is something we're now making clearer at the point of order.
Again, thank you for your patience through this, Diane. We appreciate you giving us the chance to sort it, and we're here if anything else comes up.
