I had my RG34XX SP dying on me outside the 30 days free return policy.
After a quick back and forth with tech support, they offered to send me a new one. I only had to pay for the shipping.

Absolute scam!!!
Absolute scam! Purchased a gaming console fully advertised as a console and received a memory card. Your "trust" is helping perpetuate these scams in turn being scam yourself. Thanks for nothing

Svar från Mechdiy
Dear Sir,
Hello, sir. First of all, we apologize for the unpleasant shopping experience you've had, and for leaving a negative impression of our company.
Secondly, we immediately checked your order information after receiving your feedback and found that our backend shows that you ordered an SD card from our website (you ordered the "SD card only" option), not a game console (we have already sent your order details to your email). If you have any questions about your order, please check the order details we sent you against your order history.
Finally, we apologize again for this. If you have any further questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help you resolve your issue.

Fairness in customer service
I turned to Mechdiy to purchase several consoles. The service has always been excellent and prompt, but after purchasing the Ambernic RG 557, they really outdid themselves. Unfortunately, the console had several issues. Once I reported the problem, they immediately helped me resolve it, and then (once they realized it couldn't be resolved) they sent me a completely new console.
Excellent as always.
