Après avoir reçu la première console qui avait un petit souci de fonctionnement, ils ont été très réactif a trouvé une solution, ils m'ont renvoyé une console sans aucun frais supplémentaires, console qui fonctionne parfaitement. Jimmy du sav est très pro et compréhensif malgré la barrière de la langue il m'a toujours répondu dans ma langue, un grand merci a lui. Je recommande vivement cette société ils proposent des produits au top.

La qualité est vraiment au rendez-vous et tout fonctionne parfaitement.

L’assistance est incroyablement réactive, professionnelle et efficace.

Je recommande sans hésitation.

The only two little points to notice are:
The delivery times are a little bit long, and the box of the Trimui is without cellophane.

But anyway, it's been a good purchase for me and I really want to thank you for your service!

My dealings with this company have been excellent .
I had a problem with a component that I purchased from them but this has been resolved entirely and the personal service that I have received has been very good. Emails have been returned within hours and I get the impression that this is a company that values it's customers and wishes to mark a mark in the niche that is flight sim component development.

I had a problem, they solved it quickly and kindly

Online store had incorrect stock of a product i tried to order - unfortunately I never received the product and it wasn’t until I reached out to customer service (14 days later) that I found out they had incorrect product stock.

Regardless, customer service was great as they attempted to rectify my order by offering something of similar value with immediate shipping. Although I opted for a full refund instead.

Hoping next time their system will have proper stock values as listed on their website. I Would still recommend purchasing from this store based on good customer service.

Good and personal contact with the sales people, they seem to care about customer satisfaction in a good way

The good: The company shipped the product very fast, and their customer service is pretty responsive. I ended up with a $10 gift card that I may or may not end up using.

The bad: I checked, and double-checked that I was not just ordering an SD card, and wouldn't you know it—I ended up with just an SD card. I ended up with two confusing email confirmations: one showed the console as expected, but the other mimicked it—until you spotted the fine print in light gray text revealing it was just the SD card.

I don't know why they even sell just SD cards without the console, but I suspect it's a way to capture extra sales from buyers who might accidentally select the standalone option instead of the bundle. With return shipping costs ($20USD) nearly matching the item's price, those low-cost cards probably end up staying put, padding the margins nicely. Either way, it's frustrating—I'm not sure why anyone would pay $30USD for a 64GB SD card that comes pre-loaded with an OS you can download for free.

In conclusion: If you are a US-based buyer, you are better off just ordering from Amazon. You'll have it in 2 days, and if something is wrong you send it back. No sweat. I will likely not purchase from these guys again unless I literally can't find the item from a US seller. I want to give them a higher review, but I am just really not pleased with how this played out.

I accidentally ordered the wrong glass screen protectors for the devices I ordered. They emailed me right away noticing the difference in screen protectors vs devices I ordered. And asked if this was a mistake or was the order correct. Thanks too them I will receive the correct screen protectors for the devices I ordered. I did order the wrong one's! This is great customer service!

I only bought one SD card, the delivery was fast, I received an email with all the instructions about taxes for my country and the package was declared with a lower value than I bought it, so I paid less tax than I should have which was very good.

Excellent experience! I received the Trimiu Pro within a week. The product worked right out of the box, and the front end system is excellent. All the buttons and joysticks are high quality.

J’ai acheté une console portable rétro chez MechDIY (Anbernic RG34XXSP), pour une livraison en France, sachant que c’est envoyé depuis la Chine.
1. Achat : aucun problème, très bonne expérience sur leur site, tout est clair et relativement rapide, et tout semble sécurisé. C’est de confiance.
2. Livraison : l’avantage ici est que la livraison était gratuite, très bon point. Au début je m’inquiétais un peu car l’expédition a mis plusieurs jours, mais MechDIY m’a très gentiment rassuré qu’ils faisaient des contrôles de qualité de l’appareil avant l’envoi, d’où le délai. Mais une fois expédié (au bout de 5 jours), la livraison n’a pris qu’1 semaine, et le suivi est très bon ! On voit ce qu’il se passe de bout en bout, et MechDIY nous indique même quel livreur en France s’occupe du « dernier km », avec leur numéro de suivi aussi. Très professionnel.
3. Service Après Vente : j’ai eu un problème avec la console, qui n’était pas évident à comprendre, et qui à première vue n’incriminait pas l’appareil lui-même. Mais le support a été très conciliant, et nous avons trouvé un accord. Au final, j’ai dû recommander une console (même facilité d’achat et rapidité de livraison, rien à dire), et comme le problème n’apparaissait pas avec la 2eme console, le SAV m’a immédiatement remboursé la 1ere qui était défectueuse.

Je suis extrêmement satisfait de ce vendeur, et je passerai à nouveau commande chez eux.
