The change in the amount of tickets in each room is shocking, whoever is stupid enough to buy max tickets needs tor realise its not worth it for the full house prize in most rooms now! Pure greedy from mecca, but still the same names always winning in the same rooms, this site needs shut down

I’ve had a very poor experience playing slots on this platform. Over hundreds of spins, the end reels rarely land, bonus features hardly ever trigger, and the games feel extremely one-sided.

What’s most frustrating is the constant lightning strike / feature animations appearing repeatedly with £0 to win, which feels misleading and designed to keep you spinning. When a win finally does happen, it’s often less than £1, despite a significant amount being spent.

I’m not a gambler, just an occasional flurry! Searched ratings on online bingo operators and Macca came top. The new customer offer was deposit £5 and get 50 spins free. Following registration, I duly deposited £5 expecting the promotion to be applied, but it didn’t happen. So, silly me deposited a further £5 thinking I’d messed up somehow. Progressed to play the slots game where my money dwindled super quick, with no wins.

Edit!!!! it is now 2 weeks later and still I have had absolutley no response from mecca bingo, despite me sending over all the evidence, screenshots etc. I am 72 years old, I can't be bothered going back and forward every day, to keep being met with the same response " just wait another day or 2 and someone will be in touch" at this rate I'll be dead before anyone gets back to me 🙄. Please sort it out mecca bingo.

I contacted mecca regarding an issue I experienced while playing one of their games on Monday, namely big bass splash.
During gameplay, I triggered a bonus feature after the free spins. However, immediately afterwards a message appeared saying “game error” and I was logged out of my account. When I logged back in, the winnings from the bonus round had not been credited to my balance.

I have immediatley contacted customer support by phone, and I was advised to send screenshots of what happened. Which I did do, I have heard absolutley nothing back from them, they do not appear to be the quickest when it comes to the customer experiencing problems. I am a long term customer of mecca bingo and as it stand at this moment to give a better understand my total loss with this site is £6,073.31 yet they can't even try and help me recoup missing winnings of a measley £120.40p.. I am extremely disappointed in the time it is taking them to look at this issue as the proof is all there.

Please read the one star reviews of this place before parting with your money , deposit regularly for over 7 months , for bingo games . No returns AT ALL !

I’ve spent 2k on Mecca slots since the beginning of December, till now, the beginning of January (one month). Have a wild guess how much I’ve withdrawn? That would be a big fat zero. It’s just not doing anything. No win lines, no features, no nothing. You may as well just give them your money because at least you won’t expect anything back. They shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this but i know reporting them will be useless as the government take a cut of the profits. I joined Mecca just before Xmas, depositing the amount they require to get their welcome bonus. I started using this on the slots you must play in order for you to use the welcome bonus. After a while I had accrued £125 in winnings, and thought I could take out some of the money from my balance. On doing so they kindly voided my account taking all the money I had won. I contacted them vis their chat, and was informed that there was a wagering requirement of £300 before any winnings could be transferred to my account balance. As I hadn't reached that limit (had no idea about this), then my account was voided. Absolute total rip off. I'm going to write to tha gambling commission to see what they have to say, and anyone who has been conned like me, I suggest you do the same. Not only are Mecca not promoting safer gambling, but they're actually enticing customers to bet more in order to reach the £300 wager requirement, in order to redeem any winnings the have in their bonus balance.

Dond games need looking into everyday for months same names winning how if random ,gambling commission need to look into this it's not fair on players loads av reported and bugger all is done ,disgusting

I've played mecca bingo online for over a year and I've never won a bingo game .. I've won some very small amounts on slots eg £1 or £2 only. I do notice a lot of the same players winning .. not sure if these are bots but I don't think I will waste anymore money on this particular site.

I received a parking enforcement through the post completely unaware there had been changes to parking at the Clough Road site. I have been going for well over 20 years and never had any issues with parking. It would appear that they have now got a registration system in place. Very disappointed that they had not written to members about these changes. Needless to say I will not be going there again, very poor service and appears another way to get money from people.

I signed up to mecca bingo on 16/11/2025. It was my first time joining a online bingo site i opted in for welcome offer and then wagered the correct amount on bingo when I didn't receive welcome offer I asked for support on online chat I told the man I was chatting to that i was brand new to online bingo and he was very uninterested and dismissive he said i had played the wrong bingo and therefore I didn't qualify for welcome bonus i was very upset and tried to explain i was new to this he didn't show any kindness at all I later wrote a complaint to mecca bingo stating my situation and told them I was upset by the way I'd been treated they said they would respond to my email within 10 working days I've emailed them again and heard nothing back

Food here absolutely terrible...on complaining and returning food the young staff with no customer service skills were quiet challenging.
A experienced member of staff resolved my complaint within seconds.
Staff need training on how to deal with complaints....big issue

I have played Mecca online bingo for around 17 years. I had always enjoyed it and was very loyal. Recently they have changed their site and it is shocking. I just don’t understand why? It was perfect the way it was. Now it’s just tacky looking. Nothing about it is positive now. Please return to the old version
