Mecca Bingo Omdömen

Won on a game 3 weeks ago and still haven’t been paid out! Just keep getting told someone will look into it!

The site is a fix wouldn’t bother unless you like loosing money and never getting a win even with so little players it’s the same winners every single day and same jp winners all the time

Did not enjoy this site. Bonus round few and far between. Wish I would have check out the reviews first.
100 pounds spent with little pleasure in return. Once it decides not to let you win it eats your money faster

ID LIKE FOR ORHER CUSTOMERS TO KNOW THAT MY FIRST TIME AT MECCA ACOCKS GREEN WAS ALL ABOUT THE STAFF , IF IT WASNT FOR THEM ID OF NEVER OF GOT THROUGH THE SESSION. IVE GOT BIPOLAR MENTAL ILLNESS AND NEVER REALLY KEAVE MY HOME BUT LIBBY WAS AMAZING SHE STAYED WITH ME MOST OF THE NIGHT SHES AN ASSETT TO THE MECCA.

This site has gone down hill lags/glitches when hitting a bonus has been for a while now i thought it was my bad connection but hitting low numbers on big spin bonuses is a joke seems rigged on every game now

The worst site I've ever played on ..put hundreds of pounds on one slot game and never got the bonus once....total fixed and needs investigation.

Waste of money played few of the slots different games didn’t get on the bonus spins on any of them it’s a rip of

Absolute crap dont bother using just done £63 on fishin frenzy megaways on 20p spins didn't even get bonus once proper scam how can this RTP be correct. I know 20p spins is not a big stake but come everyone please don't waist your money on this site. also can I add all these sites we use are connected i know there's sister sites but dont use mecca bingo unless you have money to throw away.

Mecca Bingo App clashes half way through the game and takes you credit but you can not see the spin as the game kick you out the app closes totally. I have had this issue before and I raised the issue to customer service and they couldn't do anything about it nor refund me the funds. It happen again for several times coupe days ago, i raised the issue and i told them clearly that I have followed all the steps requested like: deleting the app, clearing the chases/cookies re downloading the app , turning my phone off and re starting it and all that but it still happened and the Clown sent me the same list of to do again. Not sure if they playing the imbecile or they actually are one as I have been as clear as I possibly can with the issues/dates/name of the game/ amount bet/the time when issue happen and that I have done all the list requested to try and solve this out but again this is just waste of time as well as you can see they ether dont care to reply to their reviews or they ask them to contact customer support to which they are useless on helping.

My friend came up from Yorkshire to play bingo at Mecca Gateshead she couldn’t believe how rude some of the staff were the lady who calls board bingos all so the same person was shouting over to the other box to one of the staff when the link bingo was in . I am not impressed at all as a 76 pensioner I am very deaf and wear hearing aids and when she tells you what colour is free I cannot hear her as she is not clear. I did not enjoy my evening out at Mecca bingo Gateshead also where the counters are are filthy full of food and just disgusting many people use these so the containers they sit in should be cleaned often . Some of your staff do not make you feel welcome especially the caller so won’t be bringing my friend from Yorkshire again there is no atmosphere you should send your staff to Buzz bingo at metro centre all the staff are so nice and helpful.

Entered several big Jacpot games today online and won nothing.0.00p :(

Played 2 games on sunday, bigger piggy bank and bigger piggy christmas bank and both were paying quite well. Then suddenly couldnt get into either of them an error code came up saying reload. It remained all day and is still doing it today. There is no help just says go to settings etc. However I went to another site and both were playing fine so nothing to do with my equipment its mecca that did it. So 2 of my fave games can no longer play. You need to get some proper helplines.

Shocking site! I spent £350 on 1 slot game and then I had spent my net limit! Didn’t even win a £1.00.

Me and my mam had afternoon tea at mecca blyth we had a lovely time Carol went above and beyond to make it a lovely afternoon xx

Last week seeing fat boy , it’s all a scam only played 2 bingo ripped us off the the 3rd bingo as they didn’t play it ,,,,, bar prices went up just because of that night , normally change £13 for a bottle of wine went up to £20 , really you can get that cheap wine in a local shop for £3.99 ,,,, never go here again as this place is a rip off

Absolute joke of a company, charges double the amount for tickets and doesnt give you any tickets and when you ring customer service they say we cant see any fault on our end absolutely shocking site and shocking customer service

Good enough to take your money for big games. Then kicks you out online so you can’t watch thanks for ripping me off

Rip off site. Enough said.

Awful app every time I get tickets for an online game the app goes down very suspicious

So that is the last time I will be playing on Mecca Bingo online.
I have been a member of Mecca Bingo for around 20 years. Attend both in clubs and play on line.
On Saturday 7th February 2026 I was award 50p bonus which I used on the Fruit Shop game. I managed to get a free spin feature and accumulated approx. £9 something.
Then the screen basically said i had no balance and the winnings were not showing.
I contacted support. And was told that a query had been raised with the tech team.

I have no heard any for a few day to contact again today Tuesday 10th Feb, to be told that the technical team need 10 to 15 working days to resolve it.

Now why??? Does it take that long. Apparently they may need to contact the game provider.
However, really deposits and spins are all instant. As soon a you want something from them its long delays.

I the been disappointed in Mecca for a while now. Even more so now.
And my play will be stopping.

No reward for my 20 years of loyalty. On other site they treat you better.
No reward for nothing!
