This is an updated review, I did have an issue with an order which while it took a little while to resolve was eventually resolved to my satisfaction and I will continue to order from this company

Terrible customer service, would not reccomend and would not buy from again! This company has a problem apologizing instead makes poor excuses. The meat is sent vacuum packed on a 2 day delivery with 4 small ice bag which obviously soon melt. £70 worth of Meat arrived sat in a warm cardboard box and when I opened the vacuum packs it stank! Was ignored for days via email, finally spoke to someone on the phone, got a refund but no apology, avoid, waste of money, waste of time!!! Have reported to food agency standards!

Weight tolerance for the whole fillet was 1.8-2.4kg and this one was 1.8. However, once the chain was removed as well as the fat and silverskin, it lost another 480 grammes taking it down to 1.32kg. I only managed to cut two decent 7/8oz steaks that held together. The chateabriand was butterflied and the rest will have to be used as fillet mignon. Not able to comment on taste/flavour as I have frozen it along with the three T-bones(Polish) purchased. It may have been cheap but won’t be buying again. I’ll pay a bit more next time to guarantee a thicker fillet resulting in firmer steaks.

Great cuts at fantastic prices

Prompt service, good communication and delivers as requested. ordered T,Bones and a fillet, t bones look good, fillet was very fatty but it’s a risk with buying unseen.

My first experience with Meat&Co wasn’t so great due mainly to a delayed / defrosted delivery, I must say their customer service was first class and I was happy to give it another go. This time went very smoothly and an order placed on a Monday arrived on the Friday, the meat looks great and I can’t wait to fire up the BBQ!

Fantastic value for money. 2 fillets for less than the price of 1 you would of paid in a supermarket meat counter.
You do however need to trim the meats well yourself, but as long as you dont mind you can get a good quantity of Fillets for the money. Buy yourself a vacuum sealer and keep them fresher for longer is a must.

Chicken very good, Tbines good size but a little chewy
