The 'meat' wasn't the best in my first order, but benefit of the doubt, I placed a second order. Let me make this perfectly clear, there will not be a third.
Steaks are incredibly fatty and full of sinew. Your jaw will be in a real state, if you can get through it at all. Make no mistake, this business is selling incredibly poor quality meat products, and making it look like you're getting good products at a bargain price. The term 'Too good to be true' comes into play here. Oh, they don't appear to like replying to emails with photographic proof. I only wish I could attach an image for you all. The images they advertise are a bit like the ones McDonalds use........the item you see isn't the one YOU are going to get. Trust me.
Anyone giving this company more than two star ratings are either connected to them, or have no idea or finances to buy quality products elsewhere. They certainly haven't tried great tasting steaks. My wife has actually purchased far better at Tesco

Easy to order. Good product

Price is good for what you get. Also has straggly fatty sinewy stuff around the edge. Still got 8 steaks out of it.

Outstanding, the meat was delivered on time and perfectly chilled. As for the beef delivered just stunning, great flavour, fresh and tender just simple a great experience. Will be using again.

Meat was lovely, very tender and arrived on time. Shame it wasn’t all sourced from uk though as I didn’t realise that until it arrived

Order did not arrive on requested date. Nobody contacted me to let me know something went wrong. When I called them they said it’s their systems fault. When I asked for the delivery to take place they kept saying they are waiting for someone to reply to them. They did not contact me to update me on what is going on. After numerous attempts to phone and email them they are still not replying. The fact that everyone is acting like it’s not their problem is VERY alarming.

Cowboy steak was amazing

The meat you sent was terrible because the mincemeat supposed to be lean was so much fat and grizzle. I had filets of steaks, which was very fatty and had a lot of fat in. It's all gone in the bin and wasted my money of nearly £ 88.00 . Wouldn't buy again from Meat and Co .

Great service and quality

Simple and effective service with a minor issue around bulk order fees which was quickly remedied once raised. Meat is delish and proper sized cuts!

It seems the honeymoon period is over!
After the first batch of quality meat the second batch was awful. I do not say that lightly.
The 2 x cowboy steaks from Poland needed to be cut down, diced, and hot pot cooked to soften the meat and the hard fat/gristle to make them edible. I could've bought stewing steak!
The 2 x sirlion steaks from Brazil (900gr to 1.2kg were actually 6 x skinny steaks and were tough as old boots even when left out, salted and peppered for a couple of hours and cooked M/R.

I have a boned lamb leg that I hope will be better, I will update once cooked.

I'm disappointed, I thought I'd finally found a supplier of the highest quality providing thick-cut steaks (even if not dry-aged for 28 to 56 days).

Little disappointed with the whole fillet this time if I'm honest. It was 1 8kg rather than the 2.2kg and was so thin that I couldn't really get any nice round middle section cuts. Lucky dip I guess.
