Quality of meat supplied is superb. Far better than my Sainsburys delivery, albeit at a slightly greater cost.

Fantastic value and quick delivery but the taste isn't for me.

Tbh the steaks I hoped were going to be thicker rather than lots of thin slices and whereas I cant deny the chopped chicken was there in kg, there was a pretty awful smell from it so it went straight in the bin. Not a great first experience, not sure there will be a 2nd….

Tomahawk arrived defrosted had to use that day although was sold as frozen

The diced beef was shredded so not great.
The fillet of beef was full of gristle and arrived smelly.
Pork was ok.
Sausage was average.

I will not purchase again.

Time between order and delivery was nearly 2weeks. Poorly packaged delivery with insufficient freezer bags meant the 2 cowboy steaks had defrosted by the time DHL had delivered the box marked ‘perishable’ at 5.30 in the evening, the 74th delivery that day. The other meat was ok, but vacuum sealing bags had leaked blood working the foil bag.

Great meat and delivered very cold

My last order was perfect! So placed another order. Cowboy steaks, arrived, looked and tasted ok, nothing amazing but for the money ok. Unfortunately, Uruguayan Sirloin roast, looked amazing in the package, froze it when it arrived, unfortunately once defrosted and removed from the packaging we realised it smelt like fishy blue cheese. I cooked it and tasted a small piece, unfortunately it was off. I’ve emailed the feedback but as yet I haven’t received a response/refund/replacement. Very disappointed!

Update, 4 or 5 days after my email. I received a refund for the sirloin roast. Happy days.

3stars on this occasion as I was disappointed that the joint wasn’t up to scratch, by the time I realised it was off the inconvenience to rectify the problem was a nightmare with a house full of people.

Some of the sirloin steaks were nearly as much fat as meat hence the 3 stars.

Ordering and delivery were excellent. A bit disappointed with the whole fillets delivered, but for the price maybe I was expecting too much. Once trimmed with the chain removed there was a lot less useable steak.
