I had to request a refund where an order was placed, but takeaway was closed. Bruce helped me out, contacted the restaurant and arranged for full refund. Very easy using the online chat.

My account was hacked and I keep getting messages about orders that are ready to collect from other side of the country. Mealzo won’t talk to me unless I give email and worse my phone number also. That won’t happen
