Terrible quality . Have 2 team Ireland t-shirts. One the Mckeevr logo was falling off after one wear and full gone after a second.
The other logo fell off after 2 wears and a wash

This company should be avoided at all costs. They have been awarded a highly lucrative contract to supply the teamwear for the Irish Olympic team but their treatment of customers is an absolute disgrace. I placed an order having a value of almost €600.00 to kit my family out for the Olympic Games. The order was due to arrive around six weeks ago. Several items are still missing. My emails have been consistently ignored and the customer service phone number is not operational.

Placed an order on a Saturday. By the following friday it still had not been dispatched. On purchase there was nothing to notify of any delays or issues with delivery. No update from the company or confirmation of dispatch. Emailed twice and was ignored. Emailed a third time to cancel the order (which funny enough was responded too). Only positive is the order was cancelled and fully refunded without issues

Waste of time! Placed an order and didn't hear anything back from them.

After chasing them via multiple channels they say they are not able to fulfill my order as they don't have stock. Maybe reflect this on your website!!!!!

Ordered a t-shirt and got sent the wrong one … emailed to explain the situation and got no response, I also messaged on Instagram .. no response. After 5 days I rang them and they said my email had went into their junk mail which is understandable these things happen (you should probably be checking this tho) the woman told me on the phone this would be sorted asap and she would ring me back later that day. It is now 3 days later and I have yet to hear from them ! An absolute joke. Will never purchase off them again

Ordered the Team Ireland Polo Shirt and Shorts on 4th June. Still waiting for it to arrive. First enquiry as to where order was that they were very busy. Second Enquiry stated We have more stock arriving each day. Third Enquiry No Reply whatsoever. Yet they have the audacity to send out promotional emails about a team Ireland products. Still waiting on order to arrive. £75 & £4.95 for postage, Very disappointed.

Still waiting on confirmation IF or WHEN I will receive my order. Have also asked for Refund. Still being ignored and can’t get through to Customer Service to actually speak with someone. Absolute joke. I only hope that Team Ireland will get their Kits in time for the Olympics Opening Ceremony in Paris in July. Wouldn’t hold me breath though. Such a terrible shame that you cannot purchase Team Ireland Kit anywhere else. First and last time ordering from McKeever Sports. Happy to take your order and money, with nothing in return.

Customer service is very poor. I have place an order over a week ago and haven’t heard a thing in relation to it. I have emailed twice and sent messages through Facebook but to no avail.

I ordered my husband Armagh gaa shorts for fathers day last week and haven't received them and emailed them to ask them if order was despatched. No response. Emailed them again No response. Messages on Facebook No response yet. I just want to cancel my order which I haven't received and never again order from these people!! Poor customer services. Read other reviews before ordering. AVOID No stars

I am very disappointed , I have placed an order 2519GAA 11/6 and they still do not notify me if it has been prepared I have called them on the phone I cannot find them, it is unacceptable

Ordered online in Feb club gear with 6 weeks reported time to delivery. Kept emailing and poor response, eventually at 12 weeks got a zip top which was good quality, leisure shorts were terrible fit for my daughter, no t-shirt as still awaited. Phoned regarding the shorts, informed no refund. Asked re changing size of shirt awaited, informed would not be achievable. So 4 months on I have spent €96 on a 3/4 zip top, shorts that don't fit (with no refund option) and t- shirt still awaited. Keep getting told my emails are going into junk folder so hence delays in responding. Officially worst company I have ever had to deal with. Will never buy from them again.

Ordered my Hoka Clifton 9 running shoes on Wed and delivered to me on Friday , very fast, I couldn’t believe it , highly recommended !

Was skeptical after reading reviews but really wanted a particular item and couldn't get it from anywhere else.
Ordered on 13 February and took 8 days to arrive on standard shipping to New Zealand. Was impressed with speed given the distance and issues with international shipping at the moment. Would order from this website again.

Ordered some running Ron Hill items. Arrived on time and quality as expected.

I ordered shoes, after a week I got a message from them that they did not have them in stock and that they would refund the money, after 3 weeks there is still no refund, I can't contact them because the bot keeps replying, be careful with this seller, I reported the matter to the bank about fraud

Bought 4 jerseys for Christmas delivery at start of November, 1 wasn't in stock and was offered the choice of 2 delivery's or wait and just 1, I chose to wait. Nothing had arrived by Friday 15th December so I tried to contact customer services via email with no reply as of yet. Eventually got in contact by phone after someone Eventually decided to answer it.
Firstly he told me my order was sent out for delivery with dpd he then said "no it now says its for instore pickup" clearly very confusing for him that their system just changed so quickly. He told me he would fix it and would ensure delivery before Friday 22nd Dec in time for Christmas.
Nothing arrived so I went to the store today travelling on one of the busiest shopping days of the year, to find my item still there not particularly nice being lied to! I was offered customer services email but again that wasn't much use last time. Loved wasting time at Christmas travelling to collect something that was supposed to be delivered!

I ordered a football shirt at a great price. I was hesitant at first as the price was so good and I’ve never heard of McKeever sports. They were brilliant. They kept me informed and my order arrived swiftly and in perfect, brand new condition - just in time for Christmas. Will definitely order again through McKeever sports.

Hesitated to order as never heard of this website and was unsure if it was legit, but after reading the reviews I thought I would give it a go. I ordered Adidas trainers for my son (as they were cheaper than anywhere else) and I am glad I did. I received my order within a week with no issues, I will certainly use this website again. I usually never leave reviews but I thought I would in case someone else would wonder if that company is safe, like I did :)

I'd never come across this sportswear company before but they had the Adidas trainers I wanted at the best price on the net. First order discount, reasonable postage charges & very quick delivery. Thanks! Would definitely use again.

Awful experience, bought teamwear and it took well over 10 weeks to arrive. I have an Armagh tracksuit for my 2 year old and the zips have broken on the bottoms and the hood is ridiculously over sized and disproportionate to the rest of the tracksuit. The lady who answers the phone in the office is so rude and doesn't understand how customer service should work. Hate that my club use this brand and Armagh are using them too. Quality and customer service is nowhere near good enough.
