Great products, good staff and quick tracked delivery.

Waiting over 1 week for my product to come not a personalised item emailed them and no reponse never ordering from o neills again..as the customer service is shocking..

Excellent service. I ordered a jersey and need it in 2 day time to have for Sunday for All Ireland Final. I contacted the customer service when I ordered the jersey and Ben was straight back to me and posted it the very next day so I would have it in time.

Oneils is a great website to order from I ordered my baby a Galway set wednesday night and received it today Friday couldt be happier with the service 😀

Absolutley awful delivery service. In 2026, they still take 5 days to dispatch a single item, that is not personalised and was in stock. You can do better O'Neills.

I bought a Kent hold all gear bag about a week ago only had it at training on Wednesday and the initials I paid to have on it were only stickers and they have fell off already bit disappointed I thought the initials would have been stiched on.

Absolutely excellent service. I ordered a top without reading the description and not knowing that the top was customised, so I thought it would be delivered within a few days.
The top was a gift for a friend abroad and with the time frame of production it looked like I was not going to receive it on-time. Thank god for Dane in Customer Service, who saved the day. He contacted the production team and pushed it through. I received the top a few days later. I cannot thank him enough for all his help. It was my mistake so I really did appreciate how helpful he was.

Absolute joke of a company take your money quick but customer service is beyond unhelpful, stick with elverys or sportsdirect because when you order a jersey and it doesn’t arrive no refund no help no nothing AVOID AVOID AVOID

They delivered my order to the wrong address, despite the correct address being provided.

They spent four days trying to blame me and Royal Mail for the mistake before finally acknowledging the error was theirs. They then agreed to re-deliver it... but sent it again to the same wrong address.

When I complained again, they just issued a refund without a proper explanation or apology.

Meanwhile some random person is sitting with two sets of kit, while my son doesn't have his for his tournament this weekend.

I've been a loyal customer for many years, but this has been a total joke.

Had a small issue with a jersey and Ben in customer service was swift to get return process started and replacement. It was easy and straightforward. Ben was very kind in his correspondence and helpful.

Tried ordering a few items from O’Neills online. Decided to return items and have had a fairly outdated and laborious process. To return an item you first have to email customer services. They then get back to you to essentially say post it back at your own cost. They are still using paper return forms to write the item codes on

At the price point and for the size of the company why would you bother with this? I would use a company with a proper returns portal and free returns so you aren’t penalised for trying any other size.

I had a great experience with Carole at O’Neills. She went above and beyond to help me try and get my order shipped in time so I could bring it over to my brother in the US. Carole was proactive, friendly, and really committed to finding a solution despite the time pressure. Her customer service was excellent, and it made a big difference to my overall experience. I received excellent efficent customer service. My query was solved immediately and the reply to my email was instant and Dane went above and beyond to assist,I couldn't ask for better.
I wouldn't expect anything else from ONeills as the clothing quality is excellent therfore the customer service has to be the same.

Long time customer and I purchased a goal 3 weeks ago . Unfortunately the goal broke and my son was unable to use it. I contacted O’Neill’s at 11pm and by the following morning they reached out and informed me a replacement was on the way. All credit to Dane for his fantastic support .

i have been purchasing football gear for a good few years from O'Neills for Adrigole GAA Club.
Your ankle football socks used to be made of Koolite Max ( had a mix with some cotton in them) but for the past year or more , they are called Ion midi socks, in my opinion you are using a cheaper polyester as they are not as comfortable and my lads sweat more with them. why have you changed the quality of the midi socks as the longer length are still the same Koolite quality

Ordered a kids jersey aged 5-6 for a petite 4 year old girl. Its a very small fit and struggled to get it on over her head. Its personalised so can't be returned. Very disappointing.

Fantastic support. Customised kit and helped with last minute changes of numbers and sizes. So kind friendly and helpful and fast order so made it in time for match against the odds as customised! Thank you so much! Would definitely recommend
