- MC Glass opened its first premises in Little Common, East Sussex in September 1996. We have grown in size and now have 15 members of staff. We have always prided ourselves on customer care and a second to none after sales service. Everything we fit including conservatories, windows and doors has a guarantee, many items up to ten years, and we can offer an insurance backed guarantee. We have a separate department for small works and repairs to windows whether we have installed them or not, includes hinges, handles, etc. All our staff are directly employed, giving us complete control from the estimate through to the finished job. Most of our work is in the Sussex area – Bexhill, Hastings, Eastbourne and Rye, although we do travel to the Kent and Surrey areas for customers who have been recommended to us by previous clients.

Not a proffesional installation, I do NOT recommend.
MC Glass supplied and installed all the windows and doors on our new build. We have had nothing but trouble with most of the doors and windows. The large sliding doors are the worst. They haven't been installed properly as they don't open and close properly, especially in the summer. The worst problems is that there is such a draft coming through all of the doors as soon as the wind picks up, it's more like a breeze than a draft. They have been out to try and fix the problem on many occasions but nothing has improved them. I would NOT recommend MC Glass. I would look for a company who can install glass professionally. I'm so disappointed with the whole installation and wish we'd used someone else.

Over and Beyond
MC Glass are the best. They are not all about money and helped me with a problem FREE OF CHARGE! In this day and age what company does that? I've had them install a conservatory in the past and they have done other work for me over the years and they have always been professional, polite and obliging and done a great job. I highly recommend them!
