Disorganised pickup at Auckland with no system to identify who came first- waited 2 hours and could see people who came in after us getting dealt with and when we asked we were told we were next which was a blatant lie as we saw others still getting ahead of us. They could learn alot from their colleagues in Christchurch where we dropped off as were given a number when we arrived to keep the customers in order.

Omdöme utan inbjudan
Svar från Maui Motorhome Rentals - Auckland
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, Marion. We do our best to optimise this process, however unfortunately unexpected delays can sometimes occur with specific motorhomes, which may result in other customers being assisted first. We appreciate your understanding and hope that you still had a wonderful holiday.
