Great hand over and hand back process
Great hand over and hand back process, loved the service and the very nice coffee! Slight fault with one of the gas burners which we reported but other than that we were really impressed with the fitout and the nice little extras like provided pot scapers and dish clothes and toilet chemical pods etc

Easy and fast
We rented the 2 Berth campervan and really enjoyed our first proper camper van experience! The diesel heater was a lifesaver as we thought the cold wasn't going to be that bad but it soaks in at night. Pick up and drop off was quick, and while someone lost the top to the outside grill, we didn't end up needing it anyway.

Thank you for your review! Just to reassure you on the tyre tread, vehicles under 4.5 tonne gross vehicle mass are legally required to have at least 1.5mm of tread remaining in all the principal grooves (i.e. the wide main grooves in the centre part of the tread) in Australia. Our company minimum allowed tread depth is 3mm at pick-up; double the legal limit.

They have given a RV that is different than the one I requested. On the way the RV awning broke and two days to get response for assistance. I dropped the RV after vacation and every thing fine with RV. And two weeks latter they charged my credit card for US 182.00. Bad experience.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, Thillai. We would like to offer our sincere apologies once again for the delay in assistance you experienced. This was unacceptable and certainly not reflective of the standard of service we aim to provide. We hope that you still had an enjoyable holiday, despite this.

We hired the 6 sleeper maui van for 2 weeks around Nth Island of NZ. There was 4 of us, 2 adults and a toddler and a baby. Having the 6-seater meant we didnt have to move the car seats daily. Was very well stocked and easy to set things up and use. We didnt have any issues at all with it, and made our holiday stress-free and able to relax as a family. Would definitely recommend to other young families! Staff were very helpful when needed.

Overall good experience with Maui
Overall good experience with Maui, easy pick-up and drop-of at Auckland airport. 4 star and not 5 star because we had some minor issues with the motorhome that we could not fix during our tour and there is only very few Maui centers to stop at!
