Almost good
The order has successfully arrived after almost 14 days. The doll is stunning and was carefully packed in a solid carton box filled with air bags, so this was a positive surprise compared to previous experience with other popular companies!
Unfortunately I was stressed a little, because I didn't receive any notification that my order has been sent and no order status update in my account as well... This should be improved.

I bouht lot of barbies and they send all separately .Swiss post charges for each extras customs tax .it cost a lot of money 30dollar each.If they send all together customs comes for all together only ones 30$.

Mattel’s website is an absolute failure. Items selling out while your payment is being processed is not good business. Customer Service told me that even if you have it in your cart, wait in line to pay and have your payment information autofilled, you are not guaranteed the item. Such a disappointment, Mattel should be ashamed of themselves.

Le remboursement a été rejeté sous pretexte que la preuve d'achat n'était pas valable.
Pourtant c'est la facture électronique de Carrefour.

I would give a 0 star but no option for that are given. I returned a recalled swing that I had paid over 400 dollars for and they sent me a check for only 117.75. I do not see how this is right or fair. you know exactly what you charge for these swings and you should make it right. shame on you.

Very disappointed as my experience appears to mirror others' on this site. I returned one of the items in my order and that was well over a month ago. No refund, no response to my emails. I am now going to escalate with my credit card provider. Terrible experience - be warned.
Poor Customer Service
As a international customer, I purchased a master of the universe figure for my son's Christmas on the 2nd of December in good faith. However I have not received any updates or response from the customer service team after I hastened the outstanding order.
Ironically the only communication I have received is a generic sales email talking about ''building a relationship ''after my recent purchase. Having worked in relationship management for many years, this is one of the worst customer service experience I have ever received. Communication is key for brand integrity, if Mattel want to sustain their market share. Thankyou Mattel I have a very disappointed little boy.

I've emailed CS 3 times, the oldest being 2 weeks ago, and I've not had a single response from anyone.
Contacted them via social media only to unapologetically be told to phone them. And given a US number when I'm in the UK!
Will not be using again.

Got a faulty Monster High doll and sent emails to the Mattel creations support, and got automated response that it wouldn't not be reviewed, and they barely answer to anything.
Mattel Creations: scratched up product, ignored by customer service..
This was my first (and last) experience with Mattel Creations, and it wasn't good. I ordered the He-Man vs. Skeletor 40th Anniversary 2022 SDCC Exclusive from their site. The chrome metal sword for He-man showed up all scratched. They just ignored my customer service message sent through their website. I would avoid doing business with this company. Their treatment of Chinese workers who make their stuff is also pretty terrible as well I have discovered. Shame.
Update: Mattel contacted me approx. a day or so after I left this review and refunded my purchase, which seems a common strategy here based on the other reviews. Nonetheless, it is impossible to know if this was a coincidence or not as Mattel did initially state that they were overloaded and a customer service response was going to be delayed. As a result I altered my review score from 1 to 2 stars. I would be tempted to remove the review altogether if it wasn't for the plethora of other woes recorded here by many other customers. Mattel needs to fix customer service so that problems like this don't happen so much, instead of choosing to fix it after the fact. Their strategy isn't going to do much to prevent further bad reviews. Just my two cents.
