I bought 2 Midge dolls (Barbie reproduction), never received them (136 euros) ! They stole me 136 euros ! I think I am going to made a complaint against Mattel. They have my money and I didn't receive the dolls !!!!! A shame !!!!! Very angry !!!!!

Falsches Produkt. Nur teilweise Rückerstattung
Habe eine Action Figur bestellt und ein völlig anderes Produkt mit beschädigter Verpackung erhalten.
Nach 3 Tagen bekam ich eine Mail über eine Rückerstattung. Allerdings wurde nur der Produktpreis erstattet. Die 10 € Versandgebühr hat Mattel behalten.

Trash company. I emailed them to request an order cancellation before it had been dispatched, and was refunded two days later.
Two weeks pass, then they charged my card again without my consent, and dispatched the item I asked to cancel.
Great for Barbies!!
I purchased two of the new 'Barbie the movie dolls'. The Mattel points system allowed me £5 off by signing up to their emails, making it by far the cheapest place to buy the dolls. Items were dispatched in a timely manner and packaged with care. The dolls were of a high-quality standard. Would order again!! and also due to the point system... I will receive another £5 off my second purchase! very pleased :)
Appallingly misleading products
Appallingly misleading products! My 6 year old spent all her money on a Mario Kart hot wheels set pictured with 5 mario characters racing down a track. She was devastated to find only 2 cars in the box having spent a crazy £120 for a track designed for 5 cars!! Very misleading and won't be buying hot wheels again!! Absolute con!
Extremely Disappointed with Mattel Creations - Missing Order and Poor Customer Service
I am writing this review to express my utmost disappointment and frustration with my recent experience with Mattel Creations. I had placed an order for an Elvira Monster High doll back in January 2023, with a scheduled shipment date of April 7. However, to my dismay, I never received the doll at all.
Despite my numerous attempts to resolve the issue by contacting their customer service department, I have been left empty-handed and extremely dissatisfied. I made over 10 phone calls to them, asking for updates and even requesting to speak with a supervisor, but each time I was met with the same excuse - shipping problems and delays. They continuously assured me that my order would be received on time, but it was all empty promises.
Today, after countless frustrating interactions, I called once again only to be informed that they no longer have the Elvira Monster High doll in stock. Their solution? A refund. But here's the thing: I don't want a refund; I want the doll I ordered and have been waiting for patiently.
This entire ordeal has been nothing short of a nightmare. As a loyal customer, I expected better communication and service from Mattel Creations. It is beyond disappointing that my order was mishandled, and I was not promptly informed about the unavailability of the product I purchased.
I strongly urge anyone considering shopping with Mattel Creations to think twice. Their inability to fulfill orders and their lackluster customer service are major red flags. It is incredibly frustrating to be left without the product I eagerly anticipated for months.
I sincerely hope that Mattel Creations takes immediate action to rectify this situation. They need to understand the impact their poor handling of orders has on their customers. The least they can do is make every effort to secure the Elvira Monster High doll for me, whether it means sourcing it from another supplier or providing a suitable replacement. But at this point, even that might not be enough to salvage my trust in their brand.
In conclusion, my experience with Mattel Creations has been nothing short of a disappointment. The missing order, lack of communication, and overall poor customer service have left a bitter taste in my mouth. I strongly advise potential customers to look elsewhere for their toy needs, as Mattel Creations has proven to be unreliable and unsatisfactory.

Appalling customer service , emails are ignored , the phone number they tell you will never get through, as if it isn't even registered. Likes to send out wrong items and do nothing about it
Worst CS I’ve ever experienced.
Ordered three items, only shipped one of them, so the customs declaration literally says 3 items. In addition, Order from early April not been shipped. Been ignored by CS for a week or 2 now, if I remain to have no response I will have no option other than to open a claim investigation with my bank. Absolutely appalling.
EDIT they have responded and have refunded the missing items and have also provided tracking for the order that hasnt shipped
Mattel Creation is a joke
I preordered a doll on February 6 and on April 14 it was officially released.
The shipping option I chose said that it would have been delivered in 4 to 6 business days.
I know that Mattel Creations always takes some days before shipping of an item, but I generally received my orders in not more than 2 weeks from the order date.
It's May 11 and I haven't received yet the doll I paid last February 6 and that was released on April 14. Not a mail about possible delays or whatever.
On May 4 I contacted the customer service asking where my order was and, after 6 days, they answered to me saying that the doll was shipped on April 18 and that the shipping may take 4 to 6 WEEKS to deliver.
How is it possible that the shipping changed from 6 days to 6 weeks?
They also gave me a tracking link that it's absolutely useless since it only says that on April 18 the order was processed amd there are no updates.
So, how is it possible that a huge company like Mattel isn't able to ship a simple order in a decent amount of time? If you are not able to sell your products online, don't do it. Selle them on Amazon or other stores.
Ignored by CS - item still not shipped!
I bought myself a really special present after being in hospital Barbie Looks 19 and the website made me buy a £10 year membership just so I could buy her. This was nearly a week ago. Still preparing to ship. I have contacted customer service twice and been ignored, once to ask when it will be shipped ( I'm in the UK ) and the second time to just ask them to cancel the order and refund me after reading all these reviews. I don't really want to cancel I just want my order shipped. I am absolutely shocked that a company like this treats its paying customers but gives so many free toys to bloggers and youtubers. Disgraceful. I'm a collector too. I want someone to contact me and sort this out!
Garbage company
Absolutely zero care for actual customers that want to buy the dolls they release. Scalpers buy up the available product in minutes while individuals who want the dolls get refunded with no notice, get kicked from the website, and don't get the products that are already in their cart when they checkout because the doll is sold out. Very pissed with how mattel handels these doll drops, especially the Monster High Elvira doll and Monster High Chucky/Tiffany set.

Service client incompétent
J'ai acheté un set Barbie avec une table et des chaises. La Barbie ne plie pas ses jambes, ma fille est super déçue. La Barbie a l'air ridicule assise avec ses jambes toutes droites. J'appelle pour un retour et remboursement mais "non" il n'y a pas de défaut "on ne peut rien faire". Donc Mattel vend des jouets nuls et a en plus un service client incompétent. Bravo Mattel ! Et merci pour votre réponse, vous êtes inutiles et vous nous prouvez que c'est bien la fin du "service" client.... Moi qui pensais que Mattel était une bonne marque. Fini, je n'achète plus de Barbie.

Von so einem großen und noch mir aus meiner Kindheit bekannten Untrnehmen bin ich gerade richtig enttäuscht 😞 Meine Tochter konnte nicht abwarten und hat die Aufkleber am Barbie Camper, den sie Montag zum Geburtstag bekommen hat, schief geklebt. Bei Ihrem Versuch diese zu lösen, sind sie gerissen und sie hat so geweint. Ich bringe das in Ordnung Schatz, sagte ich Ihr eben.Ich habe beim Kundenservice angerufen. Die Dame war freundlich, sagte aber es gäbe keine Ersatzaufkleber , auch keine Ersatzteile. Ich bin darüber traurig und wütend zugleich. Amateurs!!!! Customer Support fully catastrophe. Bought 2 space sumos, never received them cause of incorrect labelling. Wrote 2 Emails to mattel,no Answer. 6 weeks later i contact paypal, they gave me my money back via customerprotect. 4 days later Mattel cancel my order and refund me too. Dont know why. Then they checked that their refunding was double, and what they do? They cancel a second order from me (other product) and took that money. Customer Support a joke. BS Company.
