After a few back and forths about the issue I was experiencing, it is now resolved. After sales were very helpful throughout. They responded quickly to my emails and were able to deliver the replacement products quickly too.
For anyone else reading this that has a problem fitting a replacement shower seal, rub a little vaseline on the edge of the panel you are fitting it to and it will push on much easier and without breaking.

Technical knowledge, speed of response, willingness to help.

In seeking replacement items for a Matki shower door, I dropped an enquiry email to Technical Support for parts ID and availability. By return, I received, from Lucas, detailed relevant information allowing me to isolate the parts needed.
A few additional query emails (on items I forgot!) from me, (again responded to by return, by Lucas, in a clear professional manner) allowed a purchase order to be made.
Contacted Customer Services and spoke to Paul who also made the payment/postal process easy and clear.
All in all, a refreshing experience, professional attention and service all round!
