Matki Showering Omdömen 

Matki Colonade corner shower unit.

Fitted some years ago but has had little use as in spare room en-suite.

Not for the first time the PLASTIC blocks which are the top roller assembly have failed. There is little support to the wheels which have sheared off.

Obviously poor design and not fit for purpose.

Yes! Matki say they will supply 2 x replacements
…. for….wait for it……£130.73 inc.vat !!!

2 Small plastic blocks and four plastic wheels, daylight robbery.

As it happens we have two main bathrooms about to be refurbished, in view of this poor response from Matki it is plain we will not be considering Matki!!

Terrible after sales!

I needed a spare part for our 18-year-old shower and within one day Esme had identified the part after I sent her a photograph. I have ordered the part and it will be with me very quickly.
She was absolutely brilliant, and when I rang back to Reception, they answered Very quickly before passing me through to Esme. I am delighted with the excellent service

Excellent aftercare service over a period of years - first to replace a shower door, without a quibble, the hinges of which had degraded over time due being in a very hard water area; second, more recently, from Lucas, quick response to a request for a replacement door seal. Painless experience both times.

Brilliant service from Josh, shower was getting on a bit but given great service. Time to replace some parts as preventive maintenance. All available and dispatched next day helpful and pleasant to do business with. I would not buy any other shower make based on my experience.

My Matki fast flow shower trap flange fractured after 16 years service. We had replaced the cover over the years due to fair wear and tear, so only need broken flange/seal replacements.
Spoke to Esme who was brilliant - very helpful and friendly. She requested photographs to confirm actual part. All done by email and spares ordered shortly afterwards.

I have a Matki shower which has a two lever mixer function. My husband put it in 10 or more years ago. He was a plumber -he died. The shower temperature stopped working. I spoke to Matki about this in some detail and a very nice young man called Josh, recommended the part for that shower, he couldn't have been more helpful. In the end another Plumber managed to fix the shower without ever opening the package from Matki. I rang the company and there was absolutely no problem about returning the part. I am very pleased with their service and the quality of the product.

Great experience today dealing with Matki. Needed help updating some of the parts on my amazing shower. Not all were needed but I want many more useful years out of it so invested in some new heads and hose. It’s over 10 years old and some bits no longer available so Lucas guided me through the options and was extremely responsive. Genuinely great experience!

Our 12 year old shower was in need of much repair. An excellent engineer, Spencer Anderson, came to our rescue. He was on time, efficient, courteous, professional, diligent, and extremely thorough. He explained the problems of the shower doors that were not aligned, split plastic seals, hard water, etc. and put everything right. If ever you need a service engineer, Spencer Anderson is your man!

We had some problems with our shower door hinges and the seals, which were not working correctly. Online I got in touch with the company and almost immediately they kindly offered to send new hinges and new seals which were delivered quickly and efficiently. These are easy to fit by two people, mainly because of the weight of the door. Overall the customer service was outstanding and much appreciated.

Straight forward, sent picture, part identified and sent straight away. Efficient! Very helpful when telephoning!
