Martins Signature rubbish
Large box of Martins Signature Collection gifted to us for Christmas by an overseas relative who believed the spiel put out by the company about sourcing the finest chocolates from artisan makers around Europe. These are the cheapest tasting chocolates ever! The flavours of the various chocolates are virtually indistinguishable one from another. They bear no comparison to European artisan chocolatiers - except to say they insult such artisans with their claims. Can't see this company lasting any longer than the previous companies Martin Ahn has run and closed down.

Terrible service/delivery avoid
Ordered an advent calendar on the 3rd Dec. Obviously late and in need of speedy delivery.
Site claims free next day delivery.
I paid extra to have it delivered before 1pm - RM Special delivery.
Parcel did not turn up and was not posted special delivery, but merely recorded. So no tracking info or any info of when it might turn up. Only info will be when it's delivered.
Person it's for is away from the next day so it's now a useless gift because of incompetence.
In addition to all of this they have no phone number to call and failed to respond to an email asking them to respond or contact me urgently.
Terrible company. Avoid.

I review on this site as Amazon obviously are following the ebay site that you should only give positive reviews . I bought loose chocolates from this company in 2018 . ' Helene ' order Nos. 3870751 & 4985935 the price then was £22.50 per kilo ,sent in a brown cardboard box .I read on the amazon reviews and the company reviews that they are overpriced , is the product really worth a £7..50 increase in cost in less than a year from a company leader who claims to be top skilled . Having sampled similar products produced in Belguim and Germany , my view is this companies product is far from the luxury range , in fact the Zentis or other bars on sale through the Amazon website at app. £15.00 a kg are of equal quality and half the price . Would an average person believe a company claiming a luxury product demean themselves by selling on a site such as Amazon .
