Purris makes water fountains for cats — built around one simple problem: cats don't drink enough from a still bowl. We started Purris because we kept seeing the same thing. Cats walk straight past a full bowl, drink from the tap or your glass instead, and end up under-hydrated without their owners ever really knowing. We're UK-based and there's a real person on the other end of info@purris.co.uk whenever you need us. Also we give 40-day returns, and a warranty on every fountain. Really happy with this fountain

Really happy with this fountain, seen some people talking about shipping time but you get an estimated delivery time before you checkout which is helpful, so I cant see the problem. Easy to setup and for the price it feels a good quality fountain. Most importantly my cat Tina loves drinking from it, I was worried she wasn't drinking enough particularly with this hot weather but now I have this fountain she is definitely drinking more. So thank you Purris! I will be telling my fellow cat lovers to get one too.

Not a UK company

Not a UK company. Still waiting for my delivery 2 weeks later, despite the website claiming 2 day delivery!
No reply from company.
AVOID.
It literally says delivery by 30th July if I order today. That is 2 days. If you are a UK company why am I watching the tracker flying across the ocean?
As for my email...which one have u replied to? The one I sent today at the same time of leaving the review? Strange.

Hi Delyth, I think I see where you are confused.

I think you are confusing our 'dispatch by' day with delivery date. We ensure our orders get shipped out within 2 days of you ordering. When you checkout and on your email confirmation we do make it clear what your estimated delivery date will be. Our company is based here in UK and workers are UK based, but no the product is not manufactured here and we have not stated they are at any point.

We had replied to both your inquires before this review so nothing strange here!

Really disappointed with the water…

Really disappointed with the water fountain, Filter keeps dropping into the water, I'll persevere but very poorly constructed.

Cat water fountain

I have just received my purchase and am happy with it. It took a while to come and the emails I received went straight to my junk mail so I didn't see them.
