My packegaes has not arrived since February. They did not answer to my mails and deleted my profile also. I think they are out of business

1st on-line order from Marram Co. as local store had closed due to virus. Service was everything I would have expected from the makers of such a quality product although hand written note on packing slip was a really nice touch.

Poor service; crooks? very, very unprofessional at least!!
unfortunately there is no minus star!!!
I ordered 14 days ago 11 products which where prepaid by cc: after two weeks a get a package with 7 items, two of them wrong in size and product item!
Beside the VAT, other British suppliers do arrange that they are covered by the shipper, I had to pay 20 pounds additional, without the British VAT was deduct , which is normal in an export situation!!
Pls. dont trust this web side, company etc.
I am considering legal action against this Company!!

Excellent shaving creams. Service by e-mail has room for improvement as no communication from customer service was provided.
However the product and shipment was outstanding!

Bad customer service
We love the product but customer service is very disappointing! We didn't received the correct order and when reaching out to the company via email, they only respond that they would look into the issue but wouldn't come back to any follow ups.
Hence the low review!
