If I could give 0 stars, I would. The company needs to provide a much clearer description of their charges. The $89 fee is only for the subscription or to see a prescriber, and the final price ends up being completely different. This feels misleading and makes customers feel taken advantage of.
When I requested a refund, it was denied, which made the experience even more frustrating. After already paying $300–$500, being charged an additional $45 for shipping is unacceptable. Overall, this experience felt dishonest and overpriced. I would not recommend this service to anyone

I honestly don’t understand how people are getting confused about JRNYS Wellness because everything is very straightforward if you actually read through the process.
From my experience, nothing is misleading. You complete your intake, a provider reviews your information, and then you’re guided through the next steps. It’s a medical service, not a one-click purchase, so of course there’s a process involved.
The pricing and how everything works were clearly explained, including what the initial payment covers. I never felt like anything was hidden or unclear. If anything, I appreciated that they take the time to do things properly instead of rushing or cutting corners.
I think a lot of the negative reviews come from people not fully understanding how telehealth works or expecting instant results without going through the proper steps.
Overall, my experience has been positive. The process is organized, communication is clear, and everything is laid out for you. Definitely not a scam—just a service that requires you to actually follow the steps.

Be warned they charge $89 for you to do a consultation. You have to set up an appointment and it’s a group of people on Zoom. It was somewhat informative, but it took time out of my day and a couple days to get on the schedule once I did that they had me do a bunch of crap on the website and kept irritating me. Emailing me about things I already took care of. Then I told them what strength I was on and they proceeded to tell me to go to the checkout and it was over $400 so $489 would be the cost for me to go on Glp per month possibly over 500 so I will just stick with Remedy Meds who has been absolutely amazing and never made me feel harassed so just stay away from this company, they basically beat you in with the $89. You’re not going to pay only $89. You’re not gonna get away with paying less than $300 a month with this place do yourself a favor and find somewhere Else

The group onboarding session is meant to provide general education about the program and answer common questions, while the clinical review itself is handled separately by a licensed provider based on your individual medical information.
Provider visits and care coordination happen at the individual level through the Patient Portal, not during the group session. We do our best to explain that during onboarding, but we recognize it may not always come across clearly.
On pricing, the $89 covers the provider’s clinical evaluation. Medication is a separate cost and can vary depending on the treatment plan, dosage, and pharmacy, which is why those details are shared after eligibility is determined. There is no obligation to move forward.
We also hear your feedback on communication. Our goal is to keep patients informed, but we understand how that can feel like a lot at times. We appreciate you sharing your perspective, and if you ever decide to revisit your options, we’d be here to support you.

Stay away from this place. The mislead you by saying the $89 is for the medication. My husband and I both read it this way. I had an "onboarding' session and it was not until then (after I had to inqire), that they I was informed the $89 was a monthly membership fee! The actual product including delivery was almost $300 a month and that is for the cheapest one. My real primary also informed me these injections are knock offs of the real thing. All I asked is my original $89 back due to fraudulent advertsing and they refuse. Stay away!

There’s better services out there
I received my medication monthly in a timely manner and I did lose weight however there are cheaper options. The monthly subscription is $89/mo and then the medication is $200+ a month on top of that depending on your dosage way more. I had a package stolen and they would not send me another one and I had to dispute it with my credit card company.

Will charge you fees and never send your medication. They charged me 2 payment with no medication. I sent them proof of my current medication and they wanted to send lowest dose. Never received a refund or anything from them..

WORST WEIGHT LOSS COMPANY EVER. I signed up for Black Friday sale. JRNYS offered a visit with 24 hours and immediate shipping. I signed up, paid, and when I went to schedule the visit, it was 7 days away. I requested cancellation due to false advertising. JRNYS canceled the subscription. Then, a visit was scheduled. Someone called me, and I proceeded and requested reinstatement. Then, they wanted to charge me $80 more because the special had expired. I said, no, cancel it. Not only did they provide false advertisement, they also failed to disclose that the prices escalate up to $500 a month once you're in the program. They erred in allowing a visit, when I was told it was canceled. Not my issue, they should be more organized. I did not order a prescription. So, I paid $89 and $199, and received a 3 min phone call. Go somewhere else - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

They are responsive, However; the product (tirzepatide) is not really good product, I don’t lose weight, I used 10mg, 20mg and 10mg again and then I finally loose one kilogram.
