Don’t sign up. I asked to cancel in December. I just realized today that I have been paying monthly. I NEVER received meds or anything else from JRNYS. I tried to cancel but it won’t let me hit the cancel button. What else can I do? So frustrating. At this point it is fraudulent charges. Again , once I realized the cost in December I asked to cancel. I received NOTHING!!! Cancel. Think twice before giving them your money

I’ve only been on my medication for 3 weeks and have lost a significant amount of weight I started at 232 and am now 219 that’s 13 lbs off like it was nothing … I changed very little of my lifestyle I’m not a gym type nor am I a heathy eater the only big change I made myself was stopped drinking soda completely and all I drink is water and occasionally something sweet.. this medication took all my cravings away on the flip side I do deal with nausea in the day of injection but nothing I’m not able to manage with OTC products and also slight constipation but again magnesium vitamins also helped me with that .. over all after only 3 weeks and 13 lbs down I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me … my goal weight will be surpassed I have no doubt about that! Just for anyone wondering like I was as I was reading other reviews it’s as easy as it sounds and my first week I dropped 5 lbs I’m a woman 5ft 7in

I canceled this shit on 02/02/2025 that did not provide any service or merchandise! I had to pay $357! I feel robbed, deceived and extremely offended by this company that is highly deceitful and corrupt. After the cancellation, a charge was still made on my card! If the undue charges continue to be made on the card a month after the cancellation, I will call the police for appropriate action! After any cancellation, it is highly qualified as data theft and improper use of my bank details. This was the first warning, I have everything registered and I will exercise my rights if this continues. They charged my card after the cancellation on 06/03/2025. The 3rd charge was made to my card without me ever having received any service or merchandising from this fraudulent company.
