My packegaes has not arrived since February. They did not answer to my mails and deleted my profile also. I think they are out of business

Over one week after placing my order, I was informed I wouldn’t be receiving my order with no explanation.

I haven’t received/my order hasn’t shipped and I placed it 2 weeks ago

I’d love to be able to review my products but having ordered them on the 18th December 2020, I’m still waiting to receive. Despite the money having been taken and an email to the company asking for feedback (no reply). My order details show ‘processing’ so I can only hope something will arrive at some point.

Top quality, can't seem to find anything like Marram Co.
Would highly recommend.

Placed and paid for order on 24 Sept. Order still not received. Received email from James Jarvis on 30 Sept informing me I should have it the next day. Order still not received. At no time have I received notification of order dispatched.

I placed an order and its been 1 week and 3 days. I made contact via email and phone call i don’t get no reply back. I am very disappointed. These lot are very quick to take your money and nothing come through. Avoid buying

I couldn’t be more pleased with Marram Co. After reading about them on Mr. Porter I initially ordered a few of their shave creams to Canada during the Pandemic. Delivery was understandably delayed as were most international packages, but I followed up periodically and they kept me informed while attempting to expedite. I was so happy with the quality of the creams that I placed two more orders and really fell for the Pop silicone shave bowl. I also ordered the stainless shave brush and it looks—and works—great. I can’t say enough about Marram’s Jude Jarvis’ customer service, from her demeanour to responsiveness and follow up even for an individual customer like me. A nice touch is that they added extra travel creams to the orders. Thank you Jude and thank you Marram Co.

Very pleased. Originally wanted the Aubergine Marram POP but it was out of stock on the website. Just had to have so settled on the Red version. Marram Co then text me to let me know that unfortunately the Red version was out of stock but they were sending the Aubergine version it it’s place, but to let them know if I was unhappy with this change so they could refund me. Delighted, even more so when it arrived. The Marram POP set is even better quality than I expected, and Marram Co even threw in an extra travel shaving cream! Great Customer Service and quick delivery

I never got my order and I never got a reply from customer service after multiple messages.

There‘re shaving creams, and there‘s Marram. It’s a different kind of shaving.

my order # 11852 arrived incomplete to me today: 2 out of 5 items are missing. I wrote to MarramCo and I hope they will correct their mistake.
the packaging is very attractive and fashionable, so the tools also seem to me. I immediately made the first shave: very liquid soap came out of the tube of shaving cream (so too much fell) but the shaving was pleasant, relaxing and effective.
Marramco immediately took action to resolve the problem: they were quick and courteous
