I have been going to the Marion Gluck clinic since 2007 and it has literally saved me. The start of menopause was horrendous and I thought I was going mad, never mind all the symptoms. I have always received first class treatment and the bio-identical hormones changed my life. I cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone experiencing hormonal issues at whatever time of life.
Today's visit with Dr Elaine McQuade was especially thorough and helpful and I came away feeling truly listened to and cared for and know that the prescription I have been given has been carefully thought out and designed exactly for my needs right now. She was both sympathetic and empathetic and it is so nice to feel that your wellbeing is given so much importance.

I was very shocked and disappointed to discover on my last telephone consultation that you had doubled the cost. I had not been informed in March when I last spoke to the doctor or had any email from you . My conversation lasted 9 mins and was basically houngan over what was discussed in March as I had already phoned in my results that needed checking the doctor had obviously not revived them and as I was wiry happy with my prescription there was nothing els to discuss as a patient that does not live in the area and I have recommended at last 6 clients to you I use a telephone consultation more than most so was horrified to think that a 9 min conversation should ever be charged the same as a clinic visit hope to here from you soon many yhank Wendy walsh

The doctor I saw was great - very informative and we had sufficient amount of time to discuss all of my concerns. The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars is because I tried calling the clinic a couple of times earlier in the day and there was no answer, but a prompt gave me the option to leave a message, while requesting detailed information and no on ever called me back, so feel their administrative are not very efficient.

I very rarely give an excellent rating, I’ve been treated as an individual and while I’m not quite on track I feel a great improvement to my health both physical and mental.

The doctor was very caring, sympathetic and took time to answer questions. Administration efficiency needs to be smoother; ie being asked for payment when it had already been made. The service is costly, but still worth it for the health benefits.

Love this clinic- bio identical hormones literally changed my life for the better. My doctor-Dr. Acampora is very thorough and detailed. She always goes the extra mile and gives very useful medical as well as holistic advice. She is always coming up with good ideas to improve the condition of people like me going through menopause as well as having a complicated thyroid issue. Would highly recommend this clinic.

Since my initial appointment with Dr McQuade, I have had continual excellent treatment. Dr McQuade is a sympathetic and empathic listener who makes me feel comfortable even when sharing some intimate details pertaining to the menopause. Dr McQuade has a very pleasant "bedside manner", whether or not it’s a face to face or telephone consultation. I have been taking Bio Identical HRT plus supplements as per her advice for two years and feel so much better.

Excellent place to go for your health. You are treated like a valued patient not a number. Great doctors who think outside of mainstream cookie cutter medicine.

The clinic is a life saver, I do sometimes dread making the journey into London for my appointment but it's such a good opportunity to really check in with yourself and see how things are.

I have been visiting the Marion Gluck clinic for two years now and I don’t intend to stop, ever. When I first walked through the doors of the clinic, I was at my wits end. I thought I was beyond help.

I was peri menopausal and I had PMDD. My life was impossible. Every task required a huge effort and I cried at least once every day out of frustration and sheer exhaustion.

Two years on and my life could not be more different. I’m happy, I’m comfortable in myself and my future looks, feels and is bright. There are days when I experience such a profound sense of happiness, peace and joy that I have to pinch myself to make sure that I am not dreaming. I never knew such feelings of contentedness existed.

There are days when I regret not sorting out my hormonal imbalance sooner as I feel I have wasted so much time feeling awful. But those days are few and far between now. Most of my time is spent trying to squeeze as much as I can out of each day and luxuriating in my newly acquired happiness, courtesy of the Marion Gluck clinic.

I am extremely grateful to Dr Laila Kaikavoosi for all her help and patience. She listened, responded, wrote out the right prescription for my bio identical hormones and got me back on my feet when I had virtually given up hope of ever leading a normal life.
