Felt listened to, straightforward conversation with the doctor across the table, efficient prescription and medication delivery afterwards.

I have had three face to face appointments to date with Dr Laura Cawley at the Sheffield clinic and cannot recommend her highly enough! I felt listened to and she has provided me with clear and compassionate advice. She signposted me to another healthcare professional who has also proved invaluable to my health and wellbeing. Thank you Dr Cawley and Menopause Care!

Everyone at Menopause Care is extremely helpful and has always tried their best to meet my individual needs.

Dr Munro actually listened to hear me not to get me off the call. She was professional and compassionate and advised medical and holistic ways to support my symptoms. Unlike my own GP, she made me feel like how I was feeling was valid. She devised a clear plan and advised regular reviews and made sure all my questions were answered.

Dr Oldroyd has been treating me for about 6 months now, the treatment I have received has been life-changing, not only because of improvement in my physical symptoms, but drastic improvement in my mental health as well. Seeing Dr Oldroyd was the best thing I have ever done for my health and wellbeing. I also need to say that I feel listened to and Dr Oldroyd seems passionate about her work. I wish I could give more than 5 stars

Professional and informative consultation. The doctor was very knowledgeable, warm, caring and thorough. I felt understood and reassured. I felt cared for and supported. I would highly recommend it.

Dr Nicola Stewart was so kind and friendly, very approachable and extremely knowledgeable. She listened and gave an extremely thorough report of what we discussed. I feel happy to have been given time and had my regime changed. Frustrated with the pharma company that the item I need has supply issues so I have to pay, but that’s not the clinic’s fault. It’s sad that we have to pay to be treated thoroughly but unfortunately the NHS doesn’t have the capability to do this in this field I’ve found. I have to say I didn’t struggle with getting HRT though my GP but my medical needs are perhaps more complex than some, so there’s only so much they’re able to do without the time to do it. Thank you Dr Stewart, I’m hopeful I can start to feel better

Fabulous service. Dr Aitken is so knowledgeable on everything menopause and helped me so much. She fully understood everything that i was experiencing and had a plan and solution for it all. In one appointment i feel that it has genuinely changed my life. If you are struggling with anything menopause related this is a must and the best money you will ever spend.

I have received such excellent care from Menopause Care, I can’t recommend them enough! My care has been overseen by Dr Amy Lewis and she has been so kind and empathetic, and made me feel safe and reassured throughout the process. I’ve benefitted immensely from her expertise. I have also been able to call or email with any questions, and no problem has been too small. The whole team have been very compassionate and responsive to my needs.

Had a fantastic doctor, Dr Sarah Houghton who listens, advices brilliantly and is thorough with her explanations. Couldn’t wish for anyone else to help me along this perimenopause journey.

I highly recommend Dr Buttal for an online consultation. She was very thorough in her preparation for the appointment, spoke through all my questions with knowledge and current understanding about all the latest research for HRT which was the primary reason for my appointment and was able to signpost me to updating my HRT which I am more confident about using.

Doctor genuinely interested in the whole picture, gave me time to discuss all my concerns, explained things clearly and was very easy to speak to. Great follow up with my GP as well. An investment worth making.

I spoke to Jane for a complimentary discovery call and I’m so glad I did. She was friendly, welcoming and so, so helpful. She answered all of my questions and helped me understand the different options I could take. I felt respected, unhurried, and able to make a fully informed decision.

I’ve booked my first appointment now, whereas otherwise I probably would’ve gone back and forth for several days in indecision. It’s given me a really positive impression of Menopause Care, right from the very beginning.

Had the free discovery call with Jane, which I think is a great service! Found it so helpful, and she was so lovely I already feel more understood and listened to than over these past few years of trying to get somewhere!
