The foot scrub arrived having separated into two substances - liquid and solid, and the solid was so solid that it was impossible to mix. On complaining, and having provided the required photographs of product and batch number, I received a reply to the effect that the product was intended to be thus. Really? My previous experience of foot scrubs is that they come ready to use, without the need for industrial scale mixing.

I received a email from DX express…
I received a email from DX express saying that my parcel has been delivered on Jun 8th.
But I have not received any parcel from DX express. I also note that the postcode shown on the DX express email is not my address. so I sent an email to Margaret Dabbs on Jun 9th to figure out this matter, but no response.
I ordered it on May 25, it is been 3 weeks, no parcel and nor feedback.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Twice now I have booked into the Margaret Dabbs clinic at Liberty for a medical pedicure a month prior to going on holiday to secure a slot in good time. Twice on the day I have had my appointment cancelled due to 'sickness' with literally a few hours notice, and no suitable alternative slot offered. DO NOT book if you want to be sure of an appointment prior to an event. The receptionist was hardly apologetic, and made a cursory attempt to find another appointment, which would have meant me travelling out of my way to other clinics on a different day, and during working hours.
It is a shame, as when I have successfully had an appointment the service has been great, but having been let down like this twice now I shall never again bother with the last minute pre holiday hassle which this clinic has given me.
