The back of the shoes have severe issues and break instantly. Poor customer service also. Nice looking shoes put overall the worst pair I have ever had.it is almost like it has springs in the back that cut into my heels badly.

Ordered for my partners birthday and as…
Ordered for my partners birthday and as was going away ordered in advance, the 14 day return period was the 22nd however this was not widely noticed and most retailers give 21-28 days for a return service, and his birthday was the yesterday went to return on the 26th when we was back from the holiday as the shoes do not even fit on my partners feet despite ordering the correct size. Today would have been the 18th day and assumed had 21 one at least to do so. Very gutted and despite being one of the few retailers that do a size 13 found the size fitting difference between the two shoes different as only one pair needs to be returned. Will not be purchasing from them again, due to the short return period primarily. Have emailed customer services to see if there is any possibility of a return due to so small can’t even get the shoe on due to width of partners feet. do wish the return window was more advised due to how short is its and the sizes was consistent

We are not able to comment on the returns policies of other companies.
We know that some people do miss the returns window which is why we consider each case individually if people write to us with a problem. Please would you be so kind as to check your emails, because I can see that before this review was posted we had emailed you saying that we would make a one off exception for you as a goodwill gesture.
If you can reply to the email that was sent to you with the details we asked for then we will do our best to get this resolved for you.

Did not recieve my order, spent over £130 on trainers and they never arrived. After raising this with them i was told to wait while they do an investigation. Currently waiting 5 days and no update at all

I Disappointing customer service and unfair return charge was very disappointed with my…
I was very disappointed with my experience with Mallet. I received a pair of shoes with a noticeable issue with the strap length, which was clearly visible in the photos I sent to customer service immediately after trying them on indoors.
Initially, their team acknowledged the issue in writing and approved the return as faulty. However, during the process they also questioned whether I had worn the shoes, despite me explaining multiple times that I had only just received them and had only briefly tried them on indoors in my room. I even provided additional photos showing there were no signs of wear on the soles.
After returning the shoes, they changed their position and claimed the shoes were “not faulty” and refused to refund the £4.99 return shipping fee. This felt unfair and inconsistent, especially considering they had already recognised the issue from the beginning.
To make the process even more inconvenient, there was no QR code provided for the return, meaning I had to find access to a printer and print the return label myself.
The whole experience left me feeling like I had to defend myself over a genuine concern reported immediately after delivery. I expected much better customer service and consistency from a brand at this price point.

With all faulty goods, the return is approved on the portal subject to inspection when the goods arrive at the warehouse. Therefore, we understood your concern and accepted the return on the portal and provided you with the free shipping label. Unfortunately, when the team examined the footwear, no fault was found. This resulted in only the shoes being refunded and not the initial shipping.
All our returns labels have to be printed. We would always post a label if the customer requests this.
The team will reach out to you shortly to try to resolve this issue for you.

I have bought 4 different pairs of trainers over the last 2 years. The quality is amazing. The box. The extra laces. Shoe horn and Bags all included. I recently had a problem with a pair. I spoke to shona in their customer service team. She was brilliant. Professional. Knowledgeable and so helpful. I received a voucher for the full price I paid. Cant praise them enough they were fabulous. Quality service
