I have not received the shoes
I have not received the shoes. DHL informed me that the shipment was held by customs and requested a payment of 25,000 TL. However, making this payment is not enough; they also told me that I need to find a customs broker. I still have not been able to receive the shoes. Thank you for your reply. I understand that customs duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. However, the issue is not only the customs payment. DHL informed me that I would also need to arrange a customs broker and complete additional procedures in order to receive the shipment. These requirements were not clearly explained before purchase. As a result, I still have not received the shoes despite paying for the order. I hope we can find a fair solution.

With all faulty goods purchased directly with us, the team will always ask for full images so they can see the whole condition of the item. I can see the team has fully assessed the images you provided and with regret, no manufacturing defect was identified, which was explained to you. However, I can also see that we did offer that could still return the shoes for a full refund as a goodwill gesture, however, you declined. I am sorry that this was not what you were hoping for.

With regards to our postal service, orders over £200 have free shipping, but anything under this is either £4.99 for home delivery or £3.99 for hub box/pick up shop. We use DPD next day tracked services.
We ask for a nominal fee £4.99 for the shipping of the return for correctly dispatched goods.
However if you log an exchange then the exchange item would be shipped for no extra charge.
Our shipping fees reflect the outstanding services provided by the courier.
Full details of our deliveries and returns policies are available on our website and we encourage customers to review these before placing an order.
