While trying to get my account approved, I was notified that instead, my account had been suspended. I sent an email to ask for clarification since I was sure that I was in compliance with the Terms and Conditions set by MailerSend. Glenn answered me and was helpful, knowledgeable, and kind through the whole process. Finally, we managed to get my account approved, and my address un-blocked.

I have tested several others and I found this to be the quickest and easy to set up as with the DNS records, get verified to increase limit.
So far works great for our newly started company as we need service we can afford as we grow.
Time will tell from now but looking at their roadmap looks like they are here to stay.

Super speedy support
I had an issue with the domain I used for my first domain and got stuck. Their support responded with lightning speed and the correct solution to help me get on my way. Really impressed!
Ridiculous
Ridiculous, they ask you to verify your site with a huge waste of time and then they don't approve your account. Of course you have to pay in order to be approved .... not very serious and really ridiculous, I'm just sorry I wasted precious time with them.

low quality service
We integrated Mailersend services into our startup some time ago. Following our beta launch, we received numerous user requests indicating that while some are able to sign up, others could not. I reached out to Mailer send and after a few days of exchanging emails, it became evident that they required verification of each user before assuming responsibility for the non-delivery of SMSes. Apart from the unsatisfactory service, the pricing was unattractive, and to add to this, messaging was only supported in the US and some Canadian carriers.
Impressive support people
I am just testing the suitability of mailer send, but great software is only as good as the support. I ran into a question and given I am currently only on a free account I was amazed to get a response within half an hour which allowed me to continue working. And it was from a human being !!!
BANNED FOR NO REASON
As a Latino influencer, I wanted to connect with local businesses in my community, so I decided to try Mailersend for sending emails to potential clients. However, I encountered an issue where my account got banned after sending only two test emails without any apparent reason. I reached out to their support team via email, as they don't have a phone number available, and received a response from Cesar. He explained that their system runs multiple checks on new accounts to determine their validity, but I'm still unsure of what that entails. As someone who's working hard to grow my business, I'm disappointed and frustrated that I've been banned without justification. Maybe they didn't like the fact that I'm Latino? Without a reasonable explanation I'm left wondering. For those reasons, will not be recommending Mailersend to other influencers or business that I know.

Great Tech Support
Was able to open a ticket via chat and have the rep get back to me after the issue had been researched. Didn't have to waste an hour on chat like some other places that won't let you open up a ticket. The rep got back to me quickly with the correct information the first time.
Quickness and deliverability
Mailersend is one of the best mass mail send in the current time.
We are on the developing stage, and we put on competition almost 10 mass mail ESP, where we need test and to be sure that our transactional mails don't end up into our clients Spam box, or "Promotions" tab for google.. Mailersend was the winner, the second a client register into our system instantaneously the mail is in our clients Inbox (a lots of ESP endup into Promotion tab when it comes to google).
I would recommand Mailersend for any one who wants a reliable, sure solution for mass mail sending.
Also Mailsersend has one of the bets free plan offer in the market, over 12.000 mail/month, it is a must for a business to automate their mail sending machinery to send/try/experiment with that amount of mails/month after that upgrade to a paid plan (I would say most ESP average is 3000 mail/months which is not that much for tests).
