Love my magicycle deer. Has tons of power- I’m a big guy and it pulls me up hills no problem.

Magicycle makes excuses and refuse to honor their warranty. My hub motor is grinding and they tell me to just keep riding it and the horrible grinding noise will go away. I sent them a video of it and they claim they can't hear the grinding sound. They refuse to allow a local e-bike shop to inspect it and say the warranty will be voided if I have it looked at to document the need for warranty repair. They have no warranty shops in New Mexico where I live and where I ordered the bike from. I tried to get them to arrange a warranty station in Albuquerque but they refused. Their warranty is meaningless in my experience. Their response proves my point. I can't have a local e-bike shop document the need for a warranty repair, and they claim they can't hear the noise on the video they required me to send. Conveniently for Magicycle, that means the warranty doesn't get honored. Buyer beware!

The power this bike is what you need on an intersection.
I want to share this one thing. I went out on a buzy road the other day. I road for quite sometime about 20 minutes. When I went to use the throttle it wouldn't work. I check and then realized I forgot to put the bike on. That's how comfortable it is to ride and it's not a light bike. So if you want comfort look this one up.

Got my Ocelot Pro in July,2023. The bike wouldn't index and the charger was defective, so i never was able to ride it. I Received my backordered charger from China (none in the USA) on 9/9/23.
Now, the good news is that customer service kept an open dialog during this time and was very apologetic. From the other reviews, it appears that this doesn't happen alot and I just was unlucky. I'm still happy with my purchase.

First Communication with this Company is Excellent! Fast response time when emailin. Fast Shipping and Incredible packaging. Purchased Ocelot Ebike, I'm 6'2 and 315lbs. and Ebike fit Great and had Outstanding Power! I did put Handlebar riser on ebike Purchased through Magicycle and make a huge difference. Overall Incredibly happy withbPurchase!

My wife and I used to ride a lot when we were younger before we had children. We are finally empty nesters again but unable to ride our regular bikes now due to arthritis. The Ocelot bikes have give us our mobility back. We still like to pedal but the assistance from the motor allows us to ride with out pain.
I weigh 335 pounds and the motor has no problem getting me around and up hills.

We've used this bike rack 4 or 5 times now and we really love it. It's a very similar design to the Thule at a way better price. You should request a video for assembly as the instructions can be a bit tricky. We had to fix a couple things once we realized we installed the wheel holder part backwards but it was a fairly quick fix. My wife and I each have a Magicycle Cruiser Pro which are quite heavy, but the rack is sturdy and can handle the weight just fine. It is best for us when we work together to get the bikes on and locked in, but possible for one person to do on their own (just not ideal).

On time delivery, and the product as it is advertised

My husband (71) and I (65) spent some time the other night reminiscing about how, when we were kids, we would ride 15 or 20 miles a day and go home when the street lights came on. The freedom we had! I didn't think we'd experience that again (especially at this time in our lives.) That changed when we bought our ebikes! We bought two - the Oselot and a different brand. After only two weeks (and about 25 miles of riding together, the other bike stopped working: no power. If I'd wanted a regular bike, I would have bought one!!
I tried to communicate with the other brand's service department (that was supposed to be so wonderful according to their printed sales pitch) and let's just say it was less than helpful. After sending photos, videos and emails in hopes of fixing that bike, it's now pending return. HOWEVER, my experience with Magicycle's online customer service lived up to my expectations.
The online chat about purchasing some accessories was responsive and accurate. It wasn't the AI service that many companies rely on. My many questions were fully answered and suggestions were provided about what might work best for us when we purchase our second Magicycle (which will be very soon!!) So, if your in the market for an electric bike consider these points: Quality of bike:10 of 10, quality of service 10 of 10, ability of give us the feeling of fun and freedom that we had so years ago: 10/10. Thanks for everything Magicycle!

Thank to my Magicycle Cruiser Pro's battery range, speed and comfort, I can now explore the further regions of wherever I choose to go...no limits !

horrible support .impossible to contact ,My bike has been in the shop for 3 months with no resolution in sight

Nice bike drives like a dream. Bought two for me and my wife.

We purchased 2 Ocelot Pros and the shipping had pretty good timing! I was intimidated by the thought of riding one BUT let me tell you, it was so much fun and easier to handle than I had worked myself up to think.
We can not wait for all the adventures to be had on them!

Purchased the Cruiser (White) in February of 2023 on Amazon, the bike exceeded all of my expectations. Unfortunately a tree fell on our garage and crushed my bike after only having about 100 miles on it. I purchased a replacement in May of 2023 on the Magicycle website only in the midnight blue color. I did a considerable amount of research prior to my first purchase and am very happy that I picked Magicycle. I was considering a similar model from Senada and Himiway and am so glad I I went with magicycle. This bike has a lot of power and battery long battery, I am heavy handed on the throttle at times and rude with my PSA set at 4 most of the time, I get about 55 miles per charge and I recharge around 20% of the battery life. I recommend this bike to everyone that’s looking. A few things to be aware of, this bike is big.and probably better suited for men or a tall women, 5’10” or taller and the bike is on the heavy side. Also remember this is a mid-step and Not a step-though. Last the only complaint I have and it’s a very small one is that the midnight blue is a bit darker in person, when it’s not in direct sunlight it can easily be mistaken for black. I’m direct sunlight to blue is close to the photos shown. This bike is a steal at the $1300 price range and I believe it would stand up to any ebike in the $2500 range. As said I highly recommend this bike and company! Happy riding!

Recently purchased two Cruiser Pros and from the beginning customer service was very helpful and accessible for all my questions. Both bikes were shipped and I was happy with the packaging and care they gave their bikes for transportation. Assembling the bikes was easy with enclosed step by step instructions and with the videos on YouTube. Could not be more happier with the ease of shopping to the first ride. One down fall....it .would have been nice for more color options with the Cruiser Pro .

I was impressed with packaging, not a dent or scratch on the bike. Good instructions so the assembly was easy. Bought the Ocelot pro and if my wife decides to ride with me since she hasn’t ridden in about 20 years and doesn’t like the throttle because she turns it occasionally I’ll buy a Deer. Road both bikes on a test ride and liked the 26 inch wheels better and the full suspension but didn’t want 2 if she wasn’t going to ride. All the influencers I’ve looked at over last three months said they were impressed with the Deer. Hopefully I’ll have one in a month or less. Also don’t listen to the bike snobs who tell you unless you spend $6, or $7, Grand for a Ebike your not getting quality. I own a trek none electric and this Ocelot rides great.

I love my Saber Pro. Easy assembly. Fast charging. I ride about 12 to 15 Mile's a day. Battery is great I think I could get 50-60 miles with out much trouble.

Received a folding e-bike, Jaguarundi, from Magicycle in mid-June
Ordered it online and was shipped damage-free from China in just over a week. Everything works as expected and has great acceleration for climbing hills. The fat tires are amazing for covering rough terrain and sand

Forgot to mention that I’m 68 years old.

I purchased a Magicycle together with my partner. In the past 6 months we have each done over 600 miles. Over 90% of the miles have been pedal assist. We only use the throttle when we are very tire. The bikes are so durable even off road on uneven terrain. I have tried other e-bikes, however I am sold on Magicycle for their durability, smooth ride, and great utilization of a charge.
