Absolutely love my new Ocelot Pro Magicycle. It’s a great fit for me and the size and speed are perfect for my needs. I love joyriding and visiting places around my neighborhood. Looking forward to many trips. Company is great and promise what they say. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for an E-Bike.

Bike was well packaged in protective foam. Great bike at the offered price point considering all the components of the bike. I would highly recommend this bike over many of the other competitors especially for value but I would definitely also recommend getting the pro if you can afford it, I couldn’t and am still happy with this model.

bike quality is very high and the power and range are excellent. also when replacement parts are required they are easily obtained from Magicycle and promptly shipped

I purchased a Magicycle Space Grey Ocelot Pro eBike when first released in Sept. of 2022. It is a great bike and the heavy duty battery has given me many extended miles on my bike trips. I have ridden it on all kinds of terrain from local roads to off road trails, and it is always up to the task. The various levels of pedal assist is easy to use and works flawlessly. The Magicycle Ocelot Pro is a quality product, is very stable, and is reasonably priced for a heavy duty fat tire step thru eBike. I would highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a reliable eBike. Thank you Magicycle

I had gotten a defective battery charger I contacted customer service and once I gave required information and paid for shipping they agreed yes it was defective so sent me one that works

I am reviewing the Magicycle Jaguarundi folding electric bike. I wanted a folding bike but I did not want to sacrifice power for convenience. Of all the 20 inch folding bikes the Jaguarundi had the best specs for engine power and torque. It also has a nice stylish look, not at all chonky or awkward. It came well packaged and I liked the included tool kit. I used YouTube videos to assemble the bike and understand the settings.

We were having some rain for days, but once the weather cleared I hit the road. The bike took right off in PAS level 1. I was almost amazed at how little pedaling effort I had to put out. I do mostly local neighborhood riding and I found a nearby hill with about a 3 percent grade so I geared down and upped the level to PAS 2. No problem, the bike climbed the hill with ease. The display showed 12 mph and a good watts reading. For local riding the battery should last quite a while. The ride is smooth and the flat T style handlebars make the bike easy to steer. The Jaguarundi takes me just about everywhere I need to go. One additional thing--the bike has cruise control. After 8 seconds on throttle only the bike keeps its speed. This is a big plus for casual cruising on along the Ocean or for longer rides. I am very pleased with Jaguarundi and highly recommend it.

Of course I first saw the Magicycle Cruiser on a YouTube review. I knew it was a little tall for me, but I couldn't resist. I am 68 years old, but this bike makes me feel 28. I am Superman climbing hills around my area and since I live on one I don't arrive home sweaty and exhausted any more. It is a little tricky in close quarters maneuvering. The throttle is active up to full speed whenever the bike is turned on so... be careful. It is very powerful, with torque to spare.

As a new owner who has put 212 miles on my Magicycle Ocelot Pro Long Range Step-Thru Fat Tire Electric Bike which was received in late August and one who has 2 other ebikes, I find the Ocelot Pro to be the best of the three. With the 52 volt battery and 750 watts motor my experience has been a very good one. I find myself on the Ocelot more than my other two. It is heavier, but the design of the handlebars and the 4" tires all work well for me. I did add some accessories to personalize the bike and have no complaints about it. It came packaged well and no damage was found. I did a few upgrades to the chain ring and freewheel as well as the saddle and added a stem riser, which made the bike even better for riding in the terrain that I ride in which is country roads with both a mixture of sand and gravel as well as sand and asphalt. This bike handles both easily and I am able to ride as many miles as I desire without being concerned about battery life. My rides are usually from 5 to 25 miles at a time, according to how I feel and I try to ride 3 to 4 days every week. One of the best purchases that I have made. I will sell one of the other bikes but not the Ocelot Pro. This is my true assessment of this bike up to todays date of 9/25/23.

I have several E-Bikes, and wanted a foldable bike for taking on trips with our RV. The other E-Bikes I have are great, solid performing quality bikes. The Magicycle experience was not good from the time it arrived up to the writing of this review and beyond.

I bought the bike because of the features and details I saw on Magicycles website and thier own posted YouTube videos. When the bike arrived, it was apparent that Magicycle made changes to the bike. The display was COMPLETELY different and the settings navigation and settings were MUCH different. I made Maigicycle aware of the issue, stating that there was NO information or instruction on how to make changes to the bikes settings. To my surpise, Magicycle didn't even know the change themselves. The frame folding lkock was also changed with no instructions on how to manipulate it. If you don't know how this new lock works, you will not get it to work. The rear wheel has a wobble that is so bad that the bike shakes violently at certain speed. I sent Magicycle a video of the severe wobble, they say it is acceptable. It cost me $200 to get it fixed by a Pro bike shop. They told me the wheel was very low quality and the quality standards are obviously are very low.

I could go on and on about this mistake of a purchase, but the review is already too long. Support is terrible and have no knowledge of their own products and I am now stuck with a very low quality, high priced bike that I regret buying. Beware to all who are interested in Magicycle.

Love this E-Bike so far. Can't wait to order another battery so I can go on longer trips. Smooth and comfortable. I might get a better head light too. Great bike overall.

So after much research I decided to purchase the Magiccycle deer mini. There were a couple of issues when I got the bike. Couldn’t get the front wheel on because the brakes were messed up, but that was easily fixed by a friend who was knowledgeable with motorcycles. Then the power button was broken, more like stuck, so you couldn’t turn the bike on. Customer Service sent me a new part to replace the broken one, and the bike was up and running in no time!
I live in a gated community and ride my bike down to play pickle ball and through town to the adjoining community. I am a big guy at 270 pounds and I have a pretty steep hill to get to my house and my bike will do 26 mph uphill with no pedal assist. I can easily keep 28 to 30 with pedal assist on flat ground.
The bike looks good, rides, good, and it’s so much fun to be on! Only reason I’m giving four stars is because of the problems that I had when I got the bike! The bike is solid, comfortable, fast, and a joy to take on adventures!

Not being a bike mechanic, I had some concerns about the assembly. I asked some questions over the support system via email and received prompt replies. Additionally, there are many YouTube videos to assist someone and THEN there is an excellent FB users page for other owners and everyone is very supportive with abstract modifications that suit your own personality.

I have the deer from megicycle and I really love the fact that it’s built very well and strong, heavy duty. It is a step through with a shock on the back . I am 6 foot two 230 pounds and this bike rides beautiful ,it has great brakes they’re hydraulic , And a wonderful motor 750 W . I would’ve rather had 1000 W motor but this is the most powerful they have at the time,, still the bike is very fast and powerful. It takes me a power because it has a 52 V 21AH battery which is just unbeatable it’s just a really great bike for a big guy like me
