Amazing product!! My wife and I are obsessed with riding our new bikes. I feel like a kid again!

Love the bike! It did take a little longer for it to ship but when it finally got here it was worth the extra days. Love the way it rides and seems to be well built. Have not had it long so I can't say anything about durability yet but I feel that it will be a good choice.

Purchased a Magicycle for my wife. She loved it, and now I purchased one for myself. The purchase my wife made was at an authorized bike shop,. That was a great process for her, however I wanted to try and purchase my Cruiser Pro online through the Magicycle web site. What a breeze, easy, efficient, well laid out and informative. Shipping was ontime and the box and bike perfect condition. Installation was strait forward with normal adjustments and I was off on my first exciting ride. The bike handles great and fun to ride. I look forward to many bike rides....

I did a lot of research on fat tire e-bikes and found Magicycle was a great deal and had extras that other e-bikes didn't, such as higher voltage battery and hydraulic brakes. We purchased two Cruiser Pros. They arrived in about 7 business days. I followed the video assembly instructions and they were simple to put together. After the first ride we can say we love these e-bikes!

We've been researching Magicycle for a few months and finally purchased 2 Cruiser Pro eBikes. We have been really happy with our experience. Every question we asked using the chat support has been answered promptly. It was really great to be able to have nearly instant access to get answers while putting our bikes together. We were able to get video links to follow while assembling the bikes. The bikes themselves are really great quality. They are sturdy and easy to operate. I was hesitant to start out, but they are a joy to ride and I look forward to biking every day now. We have also purchased a number of accessories including helmets, bags, and a basket and all are made with great workmanship. I can definitely say they exceeded out expectation and they are worth the price.

This is my first purchase of the Magicycle Pro Cruiser but I done my home work and it has outstanding reviews online, ebay, Amazon & YouTube. Which helped me decide to make the purchase. It hit all of my check boxes, Power, Speed, Range & Durability.

Thought about buying an E-bike for a year or so--so many brands with so many confusing variables. The Magicycle seemed to stand out both in terms of features and pricing/support. Took the plunge and it's been a better choice that I even hoped for. The Grandkids love it (we need to buy another soon) and we all tool around the yard and the trails on our property.

I have had my bike for almost a year and its been great. Shipped with a tire that lost air and the sent me a replacement. I have the old brakes which are noisy, but hope to replace them soon with hydraulic.

Magicycle is a great company . We bought two cruisers from them a little over a year ago and have never looked back. We had a couple of small issues when we first got them and reached out to Magicycle and they took care of them right away. We love the time we spend riding them and get to go many places that we’ve never been on our old standard bikes. The pedal assist makes it so much more enjoyable to ride…my motto “What Hill?” 😂

It is hard to describe the feeling I get when my wife and I are riding our Magicycle bikes. We’ve always loved biking, but due to our hilly region and with age starting to catch up with us, it was becoming a chore to ride our standard mountain bikes and we found ourselves using them less and less. That’s when I started looking into E-bikes. Of course, I checked out our local bike shops first. There wasn’t much of a selection and they only carried higher-end bikes that were nice, but did not have the range and carrying capacity that I felt we needed. That’s when I started my online search. I couldn’t believe the number of E-bike manufacturers and styles of bikes available! How do I know which one would be best for me? Of course, I wanted to purchase a bike from a well-established company with a good reputation, nice selection of styles, and an impressive list of available accessories. That eliminated about half of the E-bikes out there right away. I didn’t want to get into a situation where I buy an E-bike and then later have the battery go bad, and then I find out that the company has gone out of business and the batteries are no longer available! So I checked out all the manufacturer’s websites, read all the reviews, and watched all the Youtube videos. That’s when Magicycle rose to the top of the list. For me, it was still a gamble purchasing a bike without first doing a test ride, but I had seen enough of those Youtube videos that I sort of had a feeling of how it would feel to be in the driver’s seat.
We decided to first purchase only one bike, and then make a decision on the second bike depending on how the first one went. So I finally decided on the Magicycle Deer (step-over version) and placed my order, and never regretted it at all. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that there is no sales tax or shipping charge for anything purchased from Magicycle, so the price you see is the price you pay. Shipping time for the bike took about a week, with the accessories taking about 2 to 3 weeks because most accessories ship directly from China. I was provided with tracking information so I could watch the shipping progress all along the way. The bike arrived (via FEDEX) in perfect packaging with no damage or flaws. The bike was mostly assembled already. Final assembly was relatively simple and every tool I needed was included in the tool kit supplied with the bike. I will admit that the weight of the Deer was a little bit intimidating for me at first, but I took it slow and my first test drive was fantastic. I very quickly learned how the pedal assist and throttle work and was exhilarated with the ease of riding the hills. I felt like a kid again. Personally, I like to get as much exercise as I can when I ride, so I mostly use only the pedal assist and rarely use the throttle. I do like to use a little throttle when starting from a dead stop or when crossing busy intersections though.
One word of warning. Please get used to the weight of the Deer before heading off into heavy traffic. I got used to it fairly quickly and only had a couple times when I was a little unsure of how I should react in certain situations. Just don’t forget that you’ve got two perfectly good brakes that will keep you safe! I am 5’9” and 63 years old, but I would urge caution to anyone shorter or older than me to expect a longer learning curve before they are comfortable enough to handle every situation. Once you do master the weight of the Deer, you will find that it is a real brut and you can go just about anywhere you want to go; places I never dreamt of going with my old mountain bike!
I loved my Magicycle Deer so much we decided to purchase the Ocelot Pro for my wife. This was chosen because the Ocelot Pro uses the same battery and same motor as the Deer, but is lighter than the Deer and the step through design is perfect for my wife who is 5’2”. She loves it more than she ever thought she would. She just wishes it came in more “cool” colors like the Deer does. (Are you listening, Magicycle?)
Watch for sales on the Magicycle website. They often offer their bikes and accessories at drastically reduced prices. If you combine this with any Magicoins you may have accumulated, you can score some really great deals.
So now we have both bikes accessorized to suit our likes and are enjoying evening rides and weekend tours. We are so happy that we are now back to immersing ourselves in nature, getting some good exercise, and spending more time together!

Ordered and paid for a deer bike and they guaranteed that it would be shipped with one or two days. It is now starting into the second week and still no sign of it shipping and all I get is the runaround when I talk to them I want to get my money back so I can buy a bike that'll be good to ride before winter. When I did my research they look like a good bike but obviously they cannot provide them so why do they say they can. The least they could do is give me my money back so I can buy a bike I can use

I have been with Magic cycle owner for over 2 years. My first magici cycle was a pro cruiser. It was stolen 2 weeks ago. I wrote Magic Cycle to see how long it would take to replace it with the Deer . We have a bike trip planned with friends and needed a bike within 2 weeks. They assured me they could get it to me in time. 4 days later my new Magic Cycle Deer arrived. I am 5’5” and the cruiser was a touch tall. The Deer was perfect in height. The ride is incredibly smooth. I am very happy with my second purchase from Magic cycle!

They were very responsive. Got replies to my questions within 24 hours when I contacted them with questions.

I love my Ocelot Pro! I’m short and other bikes were just too big. I take it camping. It easily attached to the back of my RV. I can get around the state park and I went on the bike trail for the first time! It was so much fun! The big tires were great on the sandy areas!

I'm 64 and yesterday was first time on it,powerful,so I had settings on lowest,very satisfied on how it did hills since I'm a big guy,280 pounds,was in park for about 3hrs,battery was still showing full,very satisfied with this,I have the step over cruiser pro.still reading all info so im familiar and know the do's and dont's.But so far I'm a extremely satisfied customer.

Wife and i love our Magicycle Cruisers. Love the sleek design and tge power is much more (a good thing) than we expected. The great design and fat tires make the bikes very comfortable to ride. Customer Service at Magicycle is great. Rewarding customers with Magic coins is a great concept. Love earning coins to help with cost of accessorizing our bikes.

We have 2 Ocelot Pros, and we love them. We have 250 miles on them and have had them since February, but we couldn't ride them till April. Best customer service, hands down. Our headlight was broke in shipping. One was sent out right away. I couldn't as for a better company to deal with.
