Easy booking process

Big shout out to Cheryl S who was amazing at answering all of the questions I had before booking! She was very patient and a great help! Thank you Cheryl!

Cheryl has been my advisor twice now and is always so helpful, she answers every question I have, replies to my emails quickly, helps with any queries I have. Nothing ever seems too much trouble. So glad to have Cheryl as my advisor this time round as well as 11 months ago.

Terrible service. We had an accident on the way to our departure. No evidence whatsoever that they did anything to try and assist with Disney or Eurocamp, just hid behind policy tents and told tough luck. Kids missed the trip to Disneyland land, no way to get any refund or move booking and not one ounce of care from this lot. Book direct was what I was told by Disney. Do not give them your money. Cowboy outfit

I haven’t even gone on the holiday booked through magic breaks yet, but I’m already feeling anxious. Provided with a booking reference that clearly states ‘use on app’ and it says the details are wrong. This had been going on for almost a month! Get absolutely nowhere with emailing, take over a week at a time to reply, the 2 suggestions they told me to do didn’t work. Said that it would be resolved within 2 days and it’s now over a week and still nothing! Phone number cuts you off absolutely impossible to get in contact to sort my issue? So now I’m left unable to link my booking to the app, and can’t confirm anything with anybody as nobody ever responds. after paying thousands of pounds you’d think it would be much more organised and straight forward!

It’s not often you come across someone who works as hard as Emma did and is genuinely so lovely at the same time. She was absolutely brilliant, and I’m so grateful for everything she did to help make our trip happen.

I would 100% recommend Emma to anyone booking through Magic Breaks. If you’re booking a trip, definitely ask for Emma — you won’t regret it! ❤️

Booked disneyland trip with magic breaks. Finding flights i wanted was easier with magic breaks than other providers. Ive used magic in the past and had no issues.

Very pleasant experience booking with Magic Breaks. Had a few special requirements that I couldn’t add online so was put through to Jessica who was extremely helpful. Booked very easily and talked me through every step. Answered every question and made amendments that I requested immediately. Very helpful, thank you!

I booked our family holiday to Disneyland Paris through MagicBreaks, travelling with my two children, and I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the quality of the accommodation they offer.

We arrived at the hotel at around 9 pm, exhausted and looking forward to a good night's rest before an exciting day at Disneyland the following morning. However, we were shocked to find a room full of insects.

I immediately went to reception to request an alternative room, but the hotel was unable to offer a suitable alternative, as other rooms were either unclean or had the same insect problem.

With two children and no acceptable accommodation available, I had no choice but to request a refund and book another hotel at the last minute, which cost me a fortune.

I subsequently submitted a formal complaint to MagicBreaks, and they asked me to allow 28 days for a response from the hotel. However, they never got back to me.

This was an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience that completely ruined the start of our family holiday. I expected MagicBreaks to provide suitable accommodation and, at the very least, to take responsibility for the situation and respond to my complaint.

I would strongly advise anyone planning a trip to Disneyland Paris to consider alternative booking services. Based on my experience, I would not use MagicBreaks again.

Update: a month and half later, still no proper reply to resolve the issue, again, avoid this company as customer service is totally lacking.

Easy to use and book everything required. Ability to pay as and when you want a bonus.
