Best case yet
Best case yet. I honestly love these cases. I randomly use the magnetic feature more often than I initially thought. Sometimes I’ll even stick it to the side of my car while loading the car and to free up a hand. Such a great feature. Built well and a great company, with phenomenal customer service.

I am enjoying the case for my s26 ultra.
The texture of the case is perfect, a solid blend of smooth and grip. The interchange buttons and grips are a fantastic idea! The pinky pillow is the feature I didn't know I needed! It's great because it helps prevent debris into your charger port also! An option for a different color pinky pillow would be sweet! Installing the screen protector made made easy!
Customer service is top notch! I definitely recommend!

S25 ultra case
S25 ultra case. Case is great and I love all the features, but had some slight issues with very light use on my first case. Volume button fell out of place and a mystery crack appeared by the finger loop. Contacted Magbak and they replaced the case with no troubles at all. I have not had any issues with new case so far, so hopefully my 1st one was just a one off issue. Customer service was great and they made it right. I like to support small company's, especially ones that stand behind their products!

These guys have excellent customer service. I received an older version of a charger I had ordered for my S26 Ultra and it was not charging my samsung watch. Not only were they very responsive, they sent me the updated version of the charger compatible with the S26 Ultra.

Loop broke
The loop broke and my phone ended up breaking as well. The idea behind the case is cool, but it just was not durable enough in my experience.
The warranty process was also frustrating. They make you pay for shipping and you have to jump through several steps before they even send a replacement.
I ended up switching back to Zagg. The loop concept is nice, but the case itself did not hold up.

Our cases do carry a one-year warranty, and as part of the process we ask for images or a short video first so our team can understand what happened and make sure the issue is handled correctly. Once we receive that information, we move forward with the replacement as quickly as possible.
Regarding the shipping fees, we’d like to clarify that as replacements are typically shipped free of charge unless there are specific circumstances that require otherwise. We weren’t able to locate a conversation in our system under the name used for this review, so if you could reply to the same email thread or reach out again mentioning this review, our team would be happy to look into the shipping charges and see if there’s anything further we can do to help.

Love these cases but
Love these cases. Great protection and a strong magnet. Issue I keep having though is that the case buttons are held in by plastic pieces and snap off very easily when removing the case. Magbak stands by their products though and it’s always very easy to have it replaced. It’s an unfortunate design flaw but I wouldn’t have any other case.

Fantastic customer service to replace my case which unfortunately started to crack within warranty period. By simply showing a picture of my case where damage was clearly visible, replacement unit was shipped within 48 hours.
Now that is what I call excellent customer experience!

Great customer service and fast…
Great customer service and fast response time. I emailed about a broken finger loop to be replaced, sent a picture and got a response the same day. The part was shipped the next day. I have used this product for the last 3 years snd did not have any problems. I recently upgraded my phone to an iPhone 17 Promax and got the elite case and am very pleased with my purchase. It is pricey but well worth it.

Fabulous Customer Service
Fabulous Customer Service! I made a comment online regarding the finger loop being too big for small hands and how my "fix" worked but eventually caused the case to stress fracture, More in the hopes that in the future they would produce a loop for smaller hands, and their customer service messaged me directly after I posted. The original email was long gone, but I provided a copy of the charge on my card and my information, and learned the case was still in the 1 year warranty period, but I wasn't expecting it to be covered! The end result is a new case is being sent out to me. I have to say I'm impressed! I wasn't expecting a response from the comment and definitely wasn't expecting a replacement case! I still have to figure out a solution for the finger loop being too big, but it's a solid case otherwise.

I bought a case last year but it ripped…
I bought a case last year but it ripped from the sides quite fast and unexpected, however I didnt contact support or anything I just moved on and used it while ripped (it was the trim edges that ripped case was fully functional) I commented on a fb post how fast it ripped and without hesitation they contacted me, asked me what had happened and for an order # and they replaced the whole case entirely free...thats pretty awesome support, I should've tried to contact them sooner, over all the case is super sturdy the phone is still like brand new regardless of the edge trimming out

I noticed the pinky pillow was being bit unreliable.
I reached out via e-mail and got a prompt response from Shaheer and was sent a replacement part without charge.
