Great experience with the MagBak case for my iPhone 16 Pro. The magnet is very strong, the case is slim but still protective, and it works perfectly with MagSafe.
Customer service was also excellent—very friendly and quick to respond, which made the whole experience even better.

I had a phone cover which broke after 10 months. I asked for a replacement and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. No issues whatsoever agreed to send a new one out straight away. I wish more companies had this sort of endeavour with their customers.

No case is perfect. This case rocks though. For ONCE all the silicone pieces are replaceable! I love to fidget with the silicone pieces and I even got a free replacement for the finger loop I tore up.

Customer service is horrible!!
Very frustrated with Magbak’s customer service, sent in a reply 5 days ago and have not heard anything from them, the case was great for 2 months but the newly designed camera button has split from the case and now is not functioning properly. It is also shocking to me that a cell phone case company has no contact number for support.
For such a premium price I expected at least an average level customer service. This is abysmal!

I've had your phone case on my s24u for about 2 years now. I already knew I loved it but the other morning really sealed the deal. I stuck my phone to the outside of my driver door of my 4runner while I put things in my trunk and forgot it was there. Drove home from work at 6am about 17 miles with my music still playing through AA. Made it all the way home before I noticed my phone was STILL stuck to the outside of my driver door when I went to grab my things to go inside. I've told all my friends my dumb move and their comments are all the same, WOW THATS A STRONG MAGNET!
Hilariously true story and thankful your case kept my phone safe.

Case had some flaws. But solid.
Spen could not be removed without a struggle. Video on getting camera lens covers were .from iphone which you put on after the case is on the phone galaxy phone the covers should be placed before the case is on the phone. Screen protector is so thick finger print reader is iffy. Case is solid though. And already survived a drop w no issues on phone.
