Cord has a short in it. I’m stuck in an email loop with AI asking the same stupid questions repeatedly like did I reboot my phone? Do I have the latest software update.? I’m pretty sure software updates. Don’t have anything to do with something having a short and the charging cord does. Anyway buyer beware.

Have been using MagBak cases and wallet for several years with very few issues. Any time I have had an issue the MagBak team has been extremely quick to respond and take care of the problem with little headache on my end.

I am very happy with my purchase. I bought the MagBak for my iPhone 17 Pro Max. I love that I was able to customize the color inserts and buttons. Protection of the phone, especially the camera lenses, was what I was looking for. My only issue is that the how to videos were on a similar phone and not my specific model that led to a little confusion. I like the feel of the case and really love the pinky pillow.

I needed to order a replacement. The process was short and easy and unlike other companies that fight you to get a replacement. They saw my request and filled it right away. Customer service is top Tier, this isn’t my first time speaking with support and every time they really take the customer perspective into consideration, no fights just let’s get this right for the customer mentality. I really appreciate that as a consumer. I have been using them for years and don’t plan on stopping.

Case is exactly what I wanted! My finger loop did break after months of use, but customer service promptly replaced it with no issue. I highly recommend.

Ordered a MagBak phone case for my IPhone ProMax17 as a I saw a video showing it being dropped several times and being fully protected! I ordered a red accessory kit to go with my black case, it was missing a small piece that went over the charging port. I sent them an email explaining that and they responded immediately and replaced the accessory kit. Their customer service as well as their products are AMAZING!

Broken case twice and they replaced it free of charge both times, love a company that stands behind their products!

After lot of research I decided to buy the MagBak magnetic phone mount for a Tesla MY. The overall experience with placing an order, email communications and shipment tracking was smooth. The phone mount had a double sided adhesive backing that peeled off from the mount and I couldn't use it. I emailed them about the issue and with pictures, got a prompt response. Initially I requested for a new adhesive tape that I could put it on the mount. But, based on feedback from their design team, they decided to ship out a replacement charger. I got the replacement within a week and was able to mount it successfully. I have been using the phone mount for a few weeks now and it is a great quality product. My Pixel XL Pro with a Mous case that is Magsafe compatible works perfectly with the mount. The hold and grip on the case is very sturdy and the phone stays put without any shaking or vibration. Overall, a great quality product from Magbak and the customer service is absolutely amazing.

The case is great, although It kind of sucks that I've had to warranty this thing twice, but at least I have the opportunity.

I remember when I first found MagBak. This was back when MagSafe was first available for the iPhone. I wondered why the magnets were so weak, and thought "wouldn't it be cool to have a setup where I could just snap my phone magnetically to my charger and be done?" This is particularly useful in vehicles. Hop in, pop the phone on the charger where it's visible for navigation. Done. Trip ends, grab phone, hop out. No messing with plugging things in or messy cables or whatever. I couldn't find anybody making a case or a charger that was strong enough to do what I wanted. I finally found MagBak. What a quality product. I love these cases, and the company is great too. They've always taken care of me. Great product. Great customer support. Highly recommended.
