Decent product, good customer service
I bought the Elite case by a recommendation from a long-time MagBak customer/friend.
I noticed the pinky pillow was being bit unreliable.
I reached out via e-mail and got a prompt response from Shaheer and was sent a replacement part without charge.
Overall, happy with my experience.

never got to try it but looks and feels premium
i like the charger, unfortunately i never got to try it since i managed to break the ATTACHED usb c cable when trying to close my cable management drawer, now of course that is use error at it's finest but an affixed cable in 2026?

Bumped it up to 5 stars since MagBak contacted me after the review and sent me a replacement, now THAT is some fine customer service, and for the rest of the stuff i recieved, case is solid, slick and stylish, the magnets are very strong and the fact that the case comes with a screen protector and an included application kit is just a perfect cherry on top, think i just found my go to from now on for phone cases

I love the product finger loop could maybe use reengineering
I love the magbak products I will say the non elite version is more sturdy and less likely to break I have had the S25 ultra elite case for close to a year and have broken the finger loop. I have now ordered the S26 case. Have not received but it's a solid case! Definitely 4 or 5 stares

I bought a phone case and within two months the finger loop broke. I was upset about it. MagBak reached out to me and is sending a replacement. Other than that the phone case is steady and very protective. They have great customer service.

Repeat customer here and more than likely a lifetime customer at that. It was time to replace my Magbak for my Samsung Galaxy s25ultra and unfortunately I needed to contact customer support for a replacement and I was immediately sent a replacement case. My only issue is that I remember getting the yellow replacement accent pieces the first time I bought a Magbak ultra however this time it only came in the black color. As a safeguard against this I also purchased the optional color kit and the yellow was not included as well. Apparently I misunderstanding what should have been included? I really want the yellow color kit but I guess it is not included anymore? Other than this minor issue the resulting experience has been outstanding.

Off Road tested and approved
I have used Magbak cases on my last two phones, and they hold up exceptionally well. I drop my phone about once a week and I have never seen either case get damaged, much less the actual phone. The screen protector I added on with the most recent case also holds up better than any other screen protector I have ever used.
The magnetic feature of the cases is also worth mentioning. I have driven over some of the roughest off-road trails in Colorado with my phone secured to the provided mag strip, and my phone didn’t fall off a single time!

Got a Magbak case a while back and it started cracking on the back, when I told MagBak about it they didn't really ask questions, just an order number, then BAM! Before I know it I've got a new one coming in the mail free of charge. 5 stars
