Their sizing information is confusing and resulted in me obtaining the wrong size twice, and I am now stuck with clothes I can't wear and almost £100 down the drain. After the first delivery, which took weeks and arrived way after I actually needed the clothes, they proposed to send me a replacement at a small additional cost, which they did, but then the replacement items were still too small (despite being the largest available, and I usually don't have the problem of falling outside the range). Now they refuse to provide a refund. I think they are con artists and they deliver their clothes from somewhere in Asia, which would explain the long delivery times, the inability to provide returns, the confusing size description that is not in line with the usual sizing in Europe, and the sticker on the delivery plastic bag showing Eastern Asian script...all this before I even started commenting on the rather poor quality for the price. AVOID buying anything from this company, it's absolute daylight robbery!

Terrible experience. Shipping is to China! Refund is terrible.

Still waiting for my order, emails promising it will be with me within 2days not fulfilled a week later!
I have accepted that I have lost my money!

Ordered 17.9.25 delivered 6.10.25.
Stalling emails " purchase on its way" etc., but no information it was being shipped from China.
Poor quality materials with sizing based on Chinese very narrow foot fittings & a heel out of proportion (fit for a flamenco shoe). Lesson learned, am writing of £55 as no point in attempting to return/recover losses given earlier feedbacks.

It’s a con! Advertised what seemed as a quality product retailed from The Netherlands. Immediately the product was delayed and when it arrived in was of inferior quality. I asked to return with full refund. They then perform blocking and delaying tactics. After three weeks they finally sent return address information. They have therefore now made it impossible for me to return the product in the time left. The return address is actually in China. Complete con from start to finish. Noticed there are other feeds advertising the same or similar products, but under different names. Do not buy from this company

Beyond poor. Item of poorest quality. To return an items you pay shipping to China. Customer information presents as polite & customer focussed but this is a sham. Money lost. Do not buy from them.

I ordered some boots over 2 weeks ago and they haven't arrived yet. They have messaged to say that it was on its way. The tracking number doesn't exist when I try to track it. They have now told me it has been lost but they are refusing to refund me. I think it's a scam 🙁

DO NOT BUY - The quality of the shoe I received is actually the worst quality of a shoe I have ever seen in my 30 years. The stitching looked as though somebody jumped on a machine with no knowledge of what they’re doing and just winged it. It’s VERY bad. Not an over exaggeration, I really wish it was.
Asked for a refund and return shoe, they declined and said they will send me another pair. Have disputed through my credit card.

Be aware that this is a Chinese business posing as European and the clothing is very poor quality. There is no returns process so you'll have to send back to China at your own cost and inconvenience. I am waiting to see if I get my refund after going through the hassle of posting it back.

Don't buy from them total rip of! Selling you complete tat! Very unsafe you will slip and break a leg! Flimsy material terrible stitching! Should be band selling to Public!

Eventually received the sandals after returning from holiday.
Wanting to return the cheap looking sandals that do not resemble the advertised product.
Being fobbed off with continual emails about 'keeping the shoes and getting 20% return'.
I've requested at each email that I want a FULL REFUND as I would never wear this nasty-cheap pair if sandals. Still waiting for a returns label!

Terrible quality, do not use this company. Scammers!

The quality of the garments are really poor (being sent from China) and are not worth the money that was paid. Additionally, the advertising pictures look nothing like the actual clothing when you receive them. When trying to return the items the company continually stalls providing the authorisation form and return label, offering credit notes and money off further purchases. At the time of writing I still haven’t received the necessary details to return my items.

Terrible company with cheap clothes!
