We recently leased a new Jaecoo 7 from Meadens Omoda & Jaecoo Christchurch, and the experience was brilliant from start to finish.
The whole team was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. Everything was explained clearly, and they made the leasing process straightforward and stress-free.
This was especially refreshing after a very poor experience we recently had with another dealership. The level of customer service at Meadens was excellent, and they really went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.
We're absolutely delighted with the Jaecoo 7 and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Meadens Omoda & Jaecoo Christchurch to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Iâm not sure where to start, but letâs start with the search. I searched for Blundstone boots and these were advertised as said shoes at 50% sale so I bought 2 pairs for ÂŁ59.95 per pair.
Now letâs get onto shipping, no option other than that provided noted as âfast shippingâ - which you pay for. Upon paying I received an email with some frankly garbage rubbish about ethical shipping taking longer from warehouses in sustainable areas. At this point I saw a red flag and read reviews. Not good.
After 4 weeks the boots arrived, not only are they fakes, they are absolutely terrible ones at that, not leather, soles made from old bits of plastic. The postman hid the parcel by the bins as I wasnât in, I should have left them there. Absolute carnage of a boot, like putting my feet into empty baked bean cans. Avoid this company like youâd avoid a cruise ship in 2026.
Nightmare, rubbish, fake tat and unquestionably impossible to return and get a refund so just donât do it.

I ordered a plain joggers and hoody tracksuit for work. It took about 3 weeks to arrive. The track suit is paper thin. The stitching is terrible. I ordered a size all my cloths are and I couldnât even get half of my leg in the pants. This website is an absolute CON ! When you try and get a refund they offer you 10% then 20% off the item with no return. Now they have offered me 100% store credit but it would be cheaper for them to refund me as they said 40% of the cost is shipping. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

I've had to put one star but honestly it's not even worth that. The item was cheap rubbish advertised as a quality wool coat. More like a dressing up item. I would never order again through Hudson and Clarke as they've obviously not done any checks into this company about the quality of their items

DEFINITIELY NOT RECOMMENDED! As with other reviews, this is quite possibly the worst company I have ever bought anything from. I ordered a black puffer jacket on 14.11.25 which took weeks to arrive and was very poor quality. Since then I have had multiple emails back and forth requesting a refund, I was offered store credit and partial refunds and had to fight for my money back, despite the refund policy on their website. AI generated responses have been very frustrating. It cost me ÂŁ30 to return the item to China (as that's where the warehouse is located despite the company being located in the Netherlands), the item was in customs for weeks with me having to request updates weekly, and then I was told I had to pay the customs clearance fee which was deducted from my final refund. I finally received a refund this week but am still ÂŁ60 out of pocket. I wish I had read these reviews before buying! Please don't waste your money or your time buying from this company.

Company sent sub standard goods and there were delays - when it finally arrived items were awful quality compared to the description and it has cost me nearly ÂŁ40 to return the goods and pay the customs fee (which they don't make clear either) Sickly nice response but basically taking your money and not giving a refund without significant cost and effort to the buyer. Items are made in China not Europe as the website suggests

I was asked to return an item which was unfit for purpose, at my expense, to China. Almost a month ago, I was advised that the item was 'stuck in customs'. No-one in customer support has contacted me since. The stuck in customs response also came with the offer of a 50% refund for an item which was unfit for purpose and ordered in October 2025. The response today has been: "Dear Julia,
Thank you for reaching out, we truly appreciate your patience.
Iâve checked the latest status of your returned parcel, and hereâs where things currently sit. The item has arrived at customs and is being held there while a clearance fee of ÂŁ8.99 is settled. This step is, unfortunately, one of those unavoidable pauses in the process, and itâs the reason everything has felt a bit stuck.
To keep things moving and spare you any extra admin, we can cover this customs fee on your behalf. Once paid, the parcel will be released and continue its way to our warehouse for final inspection. The ÂŁ8.99 would then simply be deducted from your total refund once everything is completed. Itâs usually the quickest and least painful way through, if Iâm honest.
If youâre happy for us to proceed this way, just let me know and Iâll take care of it straight away. As soon as the parcel clears customs and reaches us, Iâll update you again so youâre not left wondering whatâs happening next.

Do not use this company we bought a coat and thought the company was European when it came it was substandard and we wanted to return it. They tried very hard to persuade us with deals not to then we returned it. It had to go to China costing nearly ÂŁ30 One month later we query and they said it was held up in Chinese customs and will cost us another ÂŁ20 to get it released they would pay this for us but deducted from the final refund so for a ÂŁ98 coat it is cost us a total of ÂŁ50 For returns and money to the customs nowhere where does it say this thing is from China? I would never use this company again and advise anyone to do

I have had such as disappointing time with this company that looks European from the website but all returns were to China. Basically they were not happy to receive a return and made this difficult by the return to a Chinese warehouse, wanted me to keep the wrong sized product and once I went to paypal, started offering increases in refund which they withdrew after paypal closed the case. Much of the time I was communicating with bots. I would seriously avoid purchasing from them.
