Bead spinner, 13 days after order no sign and no replies to several emails despite despatch being said same day as order. Finally arrived but was not perfect, have had to “butcher” it a bit to spin smoothly as can’t be bothered with the hassle of returning it, and it was supposed to be a gift, too late. Won’t use this company again

Quick Response and Good Quality Product.

The first order was good, now frustrated and unchuffed.
The first order went through great with prompt delivery. I put a second order in but this arrived with a couple of missing items, not a great cause for concern as these things can be sorted out quickly.... That is until you try to find a phone number. Really frustrating as the messaging systems don't get a response. They are not in Durham but Hartlepool... HMmm, serves me right for dealing with Monkey Hangers I think.

I have sent you proof of posting in the form of the Royal Mail label. You are welcome to get in touch with them to confirm it is genuine.
