I'm sorry you felt the need to leave us such a negative review and that your experience with us has not been a positive one.
We did in fact apologise via email (the delay was no doubt caused by the Royal Mail strikes). I can see by the tracking number the item arrived a day later than we would have liked and you were asked to get back in touch when it did arrive - which you didn't. At that point, we would have been happy to offer you a discount on your next order.

There is a live chat facility though but not quite as useful as a helpline. Seller recommended and would use again.
