Good customer service but slow despatch
Very obligingly held my order to post when I returned from being away then when I said I was ready to have it shipped there was a delay because there was miscommunication in the process , and shipping took ages , but I will be a repeat customer and I was pleased with the item .

The product is of incredible poor quality. The cheapest plastic possible, for a 38GBP sales prices, could not have cost more than 1GBP to produce. The travel case is better quality. Everything about this product is JUNK!

I have just looked at the Carson CP-45 and can see that it does have positive reviews online. I don't recall another complaint about any of our Carson range.
