Great product and fast shipping
Great product and fast shipping. Packaging needs to be a bit better as parcel was ripped open in several places. Luckily contents still intact.

Poor Quality
I bought a few items for removing and altering watch straps. I thought the items were of very poor quality, part of it was a set of about 8 I think maybe two of them were straight and with very low quality tips. I won’t buy from them again.

Delivery took long, and I think this company is a dropshippers. My order came from China. I hadxto pay a lot ofcextraxfees.

I am so sorry that the item took so long to arrive. There was a recent cyber attack on the Royal Mail which affected international deliveries.
However, I can assure you that the item did not come from China and that we do not dropship. Everything we have is stocked inside our warehouse apart from a few larger Durston items.
