The G shock bezel looked great but did…
The G shock bezel looked great but did not fit the 6900 case it says it would. A lot of time spent with a dremal to make it fit. Not sure if it’s a knock off but definitely not a Casio OG part. Not sure I’d buy here again really.
Initial delight turning to annoyance.

Slow, part-time customer service and no phone number
I've ordered a couple of times from this company and the goods themselves are as I would expect. However, I've become increasingly irritated by their customer service, which is erratic. Either they're swamped with orders or (more likely) there's only 1 person working one day a week from home, because when I email a query, it's very rarely responded to the same day, and the last 2 I've sent have only been responded to partially, and then it's taken a week to receive a straightforward response to the other half of the email.
They proudly state they have a 60 day returns window, but I have very little confidence in this, particularly as they don't have a phone number (and they avoid addressing this issue when this point is made in these reviews), hence I ask questions before buying.
I expect I will receive the customary brief, polite response from LJM Direct to maintain their public image (the store sign Maddisons of Durham does sound a lot more classy, but they're on an industrial estate in Hartlepool) and more quickly than if I had sent them an email.
