Support OK, but complicated delivery
I don’t know why, but my parcel got two times back to Mac Store UK 'cause of a wrong declaration. It would have been a problem from UPS, who sent it to me in Austria. The support from Mac Store UK was every time ok, so they could solve the delivery-problems very fast.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Item delivered much quicker than the advertised time. When I had a problem getting the computer set up a telephone call to Mac Store UK quickly resolved the problem.

Excellent Service
After a slight hiccup with the wrong tracking information being sent to me, the iMac arrived on the day stated. Excellent customer services from Jon and the team. Cannot fault the experience whilst on the phone (so nice to converse with a human instead of a chat bot!) and the follow-up emails. Would recommend buying a Mac from the Mac Store UK especially when delivery of an equivalent machine from Apple in the UK was more than 28 days. Only 6 days after ordering, I had delivery of my new iMac 24inch M1 and it's fantastic!

Excellent service!
Excellent customer service from a lovely lady called Genevieve. There was an issue with the iMac I ordered so the technician wasn’t happy sending it out, which I appreciate as most companies wouldn’t have that level of care or concern. So Genevieve gave me the option of waiting for it to be repaired or a new iMac they had in stock with a very similar spec to the one I originally ordered. I went for the new one and received my iMac the next day. Genevieve was so lovely and understanding on the phone, I applaud her customer service and greatly appreciate her help. Thank you so much! My iMac works perfectly and is in immaculate condition.

Excellent service
I was very happy with my service from the MacStore UK. They had cancelled a computer order on Amazon because it was listed incorrectly. Luckily I found another model on their website. They were kind enough to send me an email after my order and asked if I was happy with the different model from the initial order.
They were also quick to replace the mouse that arrived with a crack in it.
